The service was pretty disappointing. I walked in and stood at the counter with no one in line for a solid 8 minutes. When I was acknowledged, it was one employee asking another if they were going to help me. I thought about walking out more than once, but we really wanted Chipotle 😅 The food was pretty good, but this location needs a lot of help customer service wise
Bathrooms nasty, no napkins, using bathroom paper towels, and unfriendly staff. Always seems like plenty of people working but no one helping customers, going downhill fast as a new store in nice area.
I have been to this location several times. Each visit has been met with great customer service, good food, and a clean restaurant. The food has been readily available and they have not skimped on my protein in my bowls. It’s wonderful to have the Chipotle near my home and it stays open everyday until 11pm.
