Great salad place. I have enjoyed all the salads that I have ordered here. It is easy to make substitutions if you don't like exactly what's on a salad. Also you can make your own salad off a menu if you don't like the choices they have. I use the app and find it very easy to make substitutions and fix a salad exactly the way I want. When my husband also wants a salad it's easy for him to make the choices he wants.

My husband and I travel often but when in Winston Salem at our home near Thruway we ALWAYS plan a lunch at Chopt. Our favorite is the spicy chicken soup with a jr Chopt salad. The salad is always fresh and we really like the blue cheese dressing.
