We have good experiences when we come here. I would say the staff could be more friendly and talkative to my kid but other than that he’s always happy so I’m happy!

The place is fun for kids but I had a bad experience, I feel sad and upset by the lack of empathy they have even with autistic children like my daughter. My daughter took off her socks on several occasions since they have sensory issues and I understand that there are rules but the employee who was there today October 25th from 3-5 was not very friendly, my husband explained to her that she is an autistic girl and said that they were not allowed to be without socks and that my daughter had to take a break (I understand that I should take her out until she calmed down) how sad that my girl could not enjoy that trampoline area.
Fun place to go. We have brought the grandkids there 2 summers now using the fun pass. Very friendly people. They have added a ninja play area to the trampolines for young children.

Tonight we had my son Masons 5th birthday here and had a wonderful time! We got the Ultimate fun package and it was well worth the money. An all inclusive package that kept me from having to do any setup or clean up. We want to say a big thank you to our party host, Emily. She was so sweet and attentive and made sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you Emily! Will definitely do another party in the future for our other child.
