Second time here for a birthday, first time we came kid got sick pneumonia right after then second time we got there kids got viral rash .
Every time we come to chuck e cheese we always get sick or something pops up.
They did remodel which looks better and feels better
Food was pizza and cake and ice cream. The hostess wasn’t ever there.
The games were all working and kids had fun

Chucky cheese ain't like it use to play the play tunnels aren't there anymore , ball pits and chucky cheese friends don't perform anymore just chucky at least he still does . it's just a mini toddler arcade and it SUCKS that we have to pay 12 dollars to play a baby mini trampoline and pay for socks it should be included especially with the birthday package and the crazy straw drinks with all packages. by the way why the hell is the drink section so far from the party tables . And some of your toy machines and rides dont work . but the other inclusions are really nice . Kids still enjoy it .

I bought 2 $50. GIRFT CARD AND THE SUPPOSED TO SEND ME A $20.GIFT CARD HAVING TROUBLE GET THEM THEY CENT ONE HAVING TROUBLE GET THE OTHER ONE. THEY JUST DONT SEEM TO GET THERE SHIT TO GET TOGETHER THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE NOVE.

The food was cold. But most of all it was awful. My daughter paid lots of money for a party here. And all birthday party’s are all together. Your birthday party is with all the other birthday party’s. And not one birthday child recognized. Chucky stands in the floor thru the video not doing much of anything. When the video is over he’s gone. And here you’re celebrating 3 birthday parties with others you don’t even know who they are. Chucky could’ve got each birthday child when everyone sang happy birthday. And it was not the original birthday song. So nobody knew it. It was wasted money to me!

Kid-friendliness: It's for kids.We attended a birthday party for our 7 year old Great Granddaughter.They have all kinds of games for kids to play and pizza for the party.You pay for the pizza and games for all kids attending the party.It's expensive.

Had my grandson bday party here. I don't think I will ever go back, From the start of the party the host came late and on top of that they was rushing to do everything, we still had 30 mins left before the party ended and they was telling us to move our stuff from the party area, which really didn't make sense if the place was empty. My party guest and I felt uncomfortable with this experience. I never had this problem before till now. Didn't book a party here unless you don't care about the service

It took 50 minutes to get one pizza. Not one of the two staff came to say what was taking so long for the food. When I went up to ask I was told because they had so many orders. There were only approximately 10 others there and they were eating. Wow, and wanted to be a special treat for my grand. Spoiler!!
