We really enjoyed taking our 4 year old grandson. There was a lot to do for kids his age. Everyone on the staff was SO FRIENDLY and helpful. A special thanks to BB and Mike (and another employee I didn't get the name) for making our experience fun!

A lot of the games wasn't working. So unfair and feeling like we got ripped off. Game time MINUTES are paid for BUT so much time gets wasted/lost going from game to game to find THE ONES THAT ACTUALLY WORKED!Not happy with our most recent visit. Next time it's Dave And Busters for me and my family!Kid-friendliness: Kids running around unattended. Not cool.

This was an awful experience ?. So many games were broken. The upkeep on gaming systems is horrible. I asked for the manager in hopes of a credit of some sort to possibly try another Chuckie Cheese or even half of my money back since half of the games we attempted to play were broken. The manager was just staring at me like a deer in headlights and started his rebuttal by saying, "what people fail to realize"... Wow. I mentally tuned him out until the look on his face looked like he was finish speaking. Damn therapy session. Don't waste your money, just add a little more and go to Round 1 in Greensboro NC.

The place is GREAT for kids and adults. The? is ?. We weren't a part of the birthday parties, but we did get to see Chuck E Cheese. He interacted and took pics with the kids. That was nice.Just wish the person that found my wallet, or the person they turned it in to would have left the cash in it!??♀️

Took a 9-year-old, a 8-year-old and two 7-year-olds for a fun time. This Winston Chuck E’s rocks!!! Myself and my lil homies had a great time! Great selection of games, I think it’s a better location than the Greensboro one. The pizza here was the best I’ve had at any Chuck E’s I’ve ever been to! I don’t know what makes the pizza so good here but dang! Also shout out to the nice manager, I think their name is Meleeha..not sure how to spell it. They let me try one of their pizzas for free! They said they like seeing big kids like me at Chuck E Cheese and said they are hoping more adults come and show their inner child! ❤️

Visited for a child's birthday party. The atmosphere was great as they were having multiple birthday parties, and everyone was happy. The price of food I thought was kind of high. I ordered the wings for two $18.99 and got 8 winglets, I ordered fries, which came child size and a small drink, and this came to about $28 + tax.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. It's made for kids.

This is not the Cheese E Cheese you remember from 1990. I was blown away with the quality of service, the modern games, and cleanliness and the quality of food.We go every year before Christmas and absolutely love this place .A little over $100 for pizza and drinks for 4 adults and 3 kids, and 2 hours of game passes.
