my boyfriend and i went to the cici’s in winston-salem for their 2.99 buffet promotion. the last time we came for it, we had trouble with the service. they charged us for two large drinks without telling us, then we found plastic in the cinnamon buns. we came back hoping for a more positive experience, and although the food was good, the service was not. our cashier was nice when she rang us up and asked if we wanted drinks. when we went up to get food, my boyfriend wanted to order a custom pizza for himself. he asked the first person behind the counter, which was catherine (black haired girl with big bow in her hair). she proceeded to do a silly voice and tell him no then laughed and said just kidding and asked what he wanted. my boyfriend and i thought it was weird but didn’t really think anything of it. he asked me to come up with him the next time and stand next to him so she wouldn’t do that. we went up, she looked at me, and AGAIN did a silly voice to my boyfriend. at this point it’s weird and we’re both uncomfortable. neither of us laugh or smile, and i go to pick up a pizza which isn’t cut very well. i’m trying to get it up, and she stands in front of me saying “you got this come on.” this girl is flat out strange and made us uncomfortable. if you go to cici’s in winston-salem, watch ur man around this weirdo girl named catherine.

Stopped in today at the Reynolda Rd, Winston Salem location after 2pm. The cooks continously were making fresh pizzas and made to order from the customers as well. Didn't disappoint..... A+++ service Shout out to Shannon M. for outstanding customer service
Floors were sticky, when walking you could hear the floor sticking to the bottom of your shoe. The cleaning lady stood at the dirty dishes and staired at me the whole time I was eating. Then when I went to put my plate in the bin she aggressively yanked the plate from my hands with out a word. I stood there shocked for a while taken back by just how rude she was. However I thanked her and went on my way. I've never felt so unwelcome and judged. The last time we were at this location all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I encourage management to have a word with this woman because the rude and aggressive behavior she showed to paying customers shouldn't be tolerated. I didn't catch this lady's name but she was an elder woman who seemed to be in charge of dishes. We were there around 5:30pm on Oct 13th. -might I add the food was delicious and rest of the staff were kind, as always.
Restaurant was clean and food was hot and fresh! Well done!

Food was great, People friendly, but this location is nasty. Some elbow grease and some cleaner. Tables nasty on undersides and top, floor not cleaned in days, soda dispenser was nasty with lots of mold, missing drain grate, was given a buzzer for order waiting it was nasty, walls were also dirty, all the chairs are dirty with food particles all over them. Please clean ya store up.
