A while ago, I spoke to the owner about accommodating my sister who is vegan and he was more than happy do what he could for her. This was prior to his brick and mortar opening. I decided to try it myself last night and I purchased the California burrito with chicken. OMG... it was so good! I couldn't finish it b/c it was huge, but the green salsa made it better. The only complaint I have is I didn't receive any plasticware and I really hungry since I'm pregnant....
I had a really hard time figuring out how to rate this. I got a torta and a burrito bowl, delivered via Doordash. The torta was delicious and pretty authentic; however, the burrito bowl, while pretty, was not great. It was under seasoned and really tasted of nothing, but the biggest crime was the meat. The steak was chewy to the point of inedible. Also, I was not a big fan of the addition of some kind of pickled vegetables. If I had only gotten that, I'd have rated pretty...
The food is amazing! Everything tastes fresh. The tacos are delicious and the taco salad and burrito bowls are fantastic. We absolutely love their guacamole. One of our new favorites.
