This place has finally closed. Was in there a few time and never enjoyed it. Had many friends that said the same, so anyways, they are now closed for good.

I just drove by the restaurant a couple minutes ago and saw two of the workers sitting outside waving at cars passing! I thought that it was very kind and made my day. Just wanted to thank them for being positive during this tough time!

Absolutely fabulous food. The Ribeye steak melted in your mouth. Hannah, our waitress, was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place.

Honestly the best filet anywhere around!!

Worst experience I've ever had there. Steak was overdone and Diane sauce was something more like mustard out of a bottle. Send it back and everyone in my group had finished eating and I still never got my meal. Stick to the basics there like the meatloaf

I've eaten at Cimarron twice now, and have only good things to say about all aspects of my experience. Every other steakhouse I've been to is either cheaper (but lacking quality), or costs far more than I feel is a reasonable price for a single meal. This is the kind of place where you pay for what you get, but you get what you pay for. The host remembered us months after our first-ever visit, the bartender made a top-notch margarita, and the chef took a moment from his evening duties to step out of the kitchen and give us the lowdown on the world of steak. The filet he cooked was beyond fantastic. Good service seems second nature to this lot, and I'm looking forward to our next visit.

Quiet place... great food. Highly recommend it for anyone who likes to have a conversation without shouting over dinner. Cool bar as well

Delicious food. The desserts are all made by the boss’s wife. The place is a nice size too. Would definitely come back. My only complaint is I wish they had the menu online because it was a little pricier than I was expecting.

Good servers. Reasonably priced, well prepared, tasty food. Decent wine list with some less expensive options. I was impressed because it was a busy night & the kitchen did a good job keeping up and servers pitched in to help one another.

Pricey, over-seasoned, gristly, fatty steak. Same old stuff with a $30+ pricetag. I will give one cudo for the scallops, those were good. So many restaurant choices around town make this a less frequent choice. Some untrained servers, some really good. I'd rather give it 2.5 stars, but it wont allow half stars here. My hubby will probably refuse to go back for another 2 years. Oh well. Always a crowded bar, so the bar staff must be good.
