This location needs serious improvements in customer service. The employee helping me, Arieanna, was rude, dismissive, and acted irritated by basic questions. The energy in the store was uncomfortable and unprofessional, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this location until the customer service issues are taken more seriously.

I was in line at Cinnabon waiting behind a lady that didn’t have enough money to pay for her order. I was in line a while because she was taking video orders over the phone from family outside in her car. She even had to leave and go get more money from the car to pay for her order. Now remember that I had been waiting for some time. The young curly head waiter ignored my presence and proceeded to promptly wait on a young white couple that just walked up. It reminded me of the. 1960s when Black people had to order from restaurant windows and back doors. Please tell your people that they need to take orders and ask who is next. If that waiter is still there, I will never buy any Cinnabons from your location. I promptly left since the couple and your waiter didn’t respect my presence without ordering anything.

So before I ordered I asked if the boxes being put together are hot and asked if I could get one hot he said sure. He proceeded to put one in the bag long story short they were not hot when I asked what happened he said they are fresh but cant be sold hot. So for misleading me i give a zero for customer service and Zero to cinnabon for having a policy of not serving cinnabons fresh and hot thats absolutely ridiculous. I left empty handed.

Teesha was extremely rude she got a attitude when I asked for a iced coffee as she made it I asked may I have no whip cream she got very aggravated and walked away rubbing her head while I still had no coffee making someone else complete making my coffee I will NOTT waste my money here anymore!! I was very nice about it and she looked forced to work there. Needs better customer skills . (Coming from myself as a waitress) Teesha do better!

This complaint is specifically about the store in Hanes mall sorry I tried looking but it kept bring me to this location but horrible customer service was not greeted by girls were on the phone like they didn’t wanna stop and help me were rude so rude I had to ask if they spoke English they then said yeah I will not every spend money with that establishment again because of the 2 girls working #8101 6/12/24 @ 4:28pm

Service was OK. Order the Cinnabon bites. They microwaved them before they give them to you. They microwave them too long so you don’t get any icing. The icing absorbed into the cinnamon roll. Completely changes the flavor profile of what your expectation is.
