They were pretty busy when we went in on Saturday around 11am We ordered the snickerdoodle latte and the coconut pumpkin latte. We asked how sweet they came because we don't like super sugary drinks we were advised to order half sweet on the snickerdoodle and that the coconut pumpkin was not very sweet at all and to order as is. To our surprise they ended up being way too sugary. Bummer. We will try again and hopefully next time find the happy medium.

Delicious coffee and most especially an amazing staff! It's such a treat to find a hidden gem in such an unusual location (strip mall). Highly recommended if you find yourself on the west side of Winston Salem.

I’ve been here twice now and it’s great! I’ve tried an egg and cheese breakfast croissant, a butter croissant and twice I’ve ordered a decaf vanilla latte with macadamia milk and it hits the spot every time! The staff is so friendly and patient and the drinks get to you prompt! A little longer in the food but nothing a little sitting and scrolling can’t fix. Will definitely revisit this place when I’m working in Clemmons a couple times a week.

Months Later Edit: Stars changed from 5 to 3. I guess they did some sort of staff change over. 2-3 times I’ve been there recently the staff have been rude, surly, not knowledgeable, and made the experience overall unpleasant. Really sad since this was once my favorite coffee spot. ————— Original review: Clean and bright atmosphere without being cold and unfriendly. Very comfy! Knowledgeable, cute and friendly staff—Delicious food and incredible coffee. Cannot say enough good things.

This place could easily get five stars. The coffee is delicious. The baristas are super friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and I like the atmosphere.
However, I'd love to know why there is only ever one barista working in the mornings before 8 am. I understand that sometimes it's not going to be busy enough to need a full staff, but there should be enough baristas behind the bar so that it doesn't take 15+ minutes to get a coffee. More importantly, the baristas don't deserve to be overworked and stressed because management/owners don't want to pay for an extra pair of hands for the morning shift.
I still strongly recommend this cafe. The baristas do an amazing job even with limited staffing, but the owner/manager should take a page from other cafes and make sure it is appropriately staffed.

Excellent variety of drinks! Every time I come here there is always something different on the Specials menu, and every time the drink is amazing! The workers here are also very kind and welcoming. Definitely one of my fav coffee shops in Winston!

Great atmosphere, friendly baristas and excellent coffee! It's become my go-to spot in Winston because they genuinely care about the coffee, rather than just pumping simple syrup and masking everything. I love the Ethiopia French Press! That being said, their lattes are excellent and I recently treated myself to one of the specials, the "Ice Cream Truck". Look at that presentation!
