Why is it not even 9:30 and the store is closed with the open sign on.

What a horrible experience!! Do not visit this place! It started with the associates, very unfriendly, in a rush for no reason, we were the only ones there! The portions are all over the places some ppl get a lot some ppl get almost nothing! There is no sanitation score being displayed anywhere!! It's the law it needs to be visible!! And the place is falling apart, dirty, disorganized, and damaged ceiling. The prices are not matching the product, the service, or the atmosphere in that place! Maybe it's time for coldstone to close this location, and only open if they are for sure they have it figured out! What a shame coldstone!

I don’t have a cold stone creamery in Tennessee so every time I visit a state that has one I have to visit it. The ice cream is amazing. I love the Founders Favorite. Their ice cream is pricey but hey everything is now a days

There are no tables to sit at and there's only one container of the cheapest napkins to use. So, it's not very kid-friendly. And then the people who are working behind the counter tried to rush us along, handing me my cup of ice cream as quickly as possible without asking if I want toppings/mix-ins and then running into the back room.

We'll not be coming back here. There are plenty more ice cream shops with decent customer service.

They were busy when we visited and the staff seemed completely worn out. They were not impolite or unfriendly, they just seemed overwhelmed. The ice cream was great and the serving sizes are large.

What a dump. Dirty, ice cream not even frozen, employees all in bad moods. 4/6/2024 6:30p.m. Would not recommend.

What happened to the classic Stone Cold Creamery in this WS location??No where to sit and eat our ice cream! No fun! And my kids were so sad they don't sing anymore. It was a easy Wednesday afternoon and we waited for someone to even come out to greet us!! We will definitely go to the one in Virginia where it is pleasant and what it's supposed to be like!!

The ice cream is freezer burnt and inedible

I ordered 3 different flavors in cone. They were all very nice. Quantity was quite large.Enjoyed it.

Can be expensive but you can't beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options. Love their set ?? ice cream creations. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms and seating.

Always good, just a little $$$, but worth it!!
