The prices have increased and the portion size is smaller than I remember. But even still, I struggled to finish the burger tray with double fries. The burger was so delicious it's mind-blowing that's it's fast food. The only issue anyone could have is the wait time. It was about 30 minutes. But the food is made to order and you know it because it's so fresh when you get it. The staff was very friendly. I want to write more because it was great, but now I have the itis and I'm going to sleep with a nice full belly
Vegetarian options: This place is not for vegetarians, at all. The only green you'll find is lettuce on a burger lol

The person that took my order confirmed that I wanted cheese bites as a side but still put down Cajun fries instead. The fries were not even seasoned. I also paid extra for cheese on my burger and it was completely lacking cheese. How hard is it to take a simple order?

I use to love cookout. That’s all I ate when I lived in High Point. Now I moved back here from NY and Cook Out was all I talked about. Now I get here and the fries are trash. They are soggy, burned or dark brown. I spent 37.86ish and had to trash all the fries. Talk about PISSED OFF. I don’t know what happen to cook out over the years but somebody needs to go back to where they came from because they r not doing a good job anymore. If my fries trash it makes everything trash. Thanks for wasting my money and my kids still hungry ???????
