The Peters Creek Parkway Cookout has to be one of the worst Cookouts I have ever been to. The grilled chicken was half the size chicken at others. The burger was over cooked. And the cheese was some sort of watery cheese sauce. Gross. Could not eat it. And the employees were rude and acted like they did not want to be there. Awful experience. Go down the road to Dairy-o

I pulled up at the drive thru and was greeted on the intercom quickly. The queen that took my order gave me God's Chicken service at the Cook Out and even mixed the 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea perfect! 10 outta 10 would recommend. No... ma'am... it was my pleasure. I'll be back.

Che took our order and was working the window. He wiped off the sides of our drinks before handing them through the window. That was just especially thoughtful for him to do that while taking orders and talking to us at the same time. He was balancing a lot and he took a sec to do that. Aside from that he was very nice. I told him I wanted to give him a shout out.

This was easily one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The burger was cold, tough, and downright inedible. The chicken nuggets were burnt. The onion rings were the only decent item — hot and fresh — but the portion was laughably small. To make things worse, the Sprite tasted absolutely foul, like it had been mixed with heavily chlorinated tap water. It’s shocking that food of this quality is being served to paying customers. Total waste of money and a complete disappointment.

Cheap fast food. Alternate from Burger King (BK)and MacDonalds with a different variety. Quality is higher than BK and Mac Donald's but lower than Chick-fil-A and Arby's. People love their Milkshakes quick set's them apart from the others. It's almost like a MacDonald's and Dariey Queen mixed together. Note: Most are drive-thru only!
Tried to order at drive through. Stated order 6 times and gave up. Guy working drive through stated intercom not working right. Sad when this is the only way you get food here.

Although this location is usually pretty packed when I go, the lines moved very fast, enough to where we noticed & commented on how quick we actually got through the drive thru line, my oreo cheesecake milkshake was on point 🤤(as usual) and food was good only problem is I was short a chicken casadea 😔 bc as far as I know a cookout casadea tray always comes with two, not one. I figured it was bc they were so busy though and were most likely just trying to get the line thru quickly & mistakes do easily happen.

I just got served the most disgusting food I have ever paid for in fast food history. This cookout for the last few years has been horrible. The corporate office needs to look into this as soon as possible. I haven’t even mentioned the horrible customer service wrong food and other things that’s been happening that I let slide. People pay there hard earned money for this. Fix it cookout!!!!
