One of worst cook out locations, came one time and they only gave 2 cheese bites in my tray. Decided to give them another try and they appeared to have lost the ability to run the drive thru efficiently.

This Cookout was actually pretty good. We were very happy with the service, food and the price was really fair considering we fed 4 people. I would definitely recommend that people give them a shot.

So far, they are always in it, the food is good when done properly without rushing. For the week or so, the drive thru employee doesn't even let you finish ordering before she's trying to rush you through the line. It Is very annoying. She has interrupted me multiple times when I'm trying to order.

Cookouts always the place to go if you're hungry and want a good shake! Staff is always friendly and regardless of how long the line is you get through in a timely manner!
Terrible customer service. All 3 corn dogs wasn't even a bit warm, took back, they cooked 3 more corn dogs for me, These corn dogs this time are piping hot. Now why couldn't they had just did this the first time? But then they give tg stick eye to me after I said I hope y'all have a wonderful rest of your night. Cookout is normally packed cars backed up to the road NOT this night only 3 cars in line. I asked the lady at the driveway what happened to cookout. I said it's always packed full of vehicles what happened her reply to me was. IT'S ALL GOOD NOW. Hahahaha. I'm not eating this food now. Thanks Linda

For starters they need better CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They Definitely need better COOKS!!! Why the orders are never right. Charge all this money and still forget items. They are very stingy with the condiments when ordering multiple trays. How you as a business or as a cook be comfortable with serving people burnt food. How are you comfortable with recooking old fries and serving them to customers like really!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY IS TRASH. Even the parking lot is messed up! SMH

I love this location. It's the best one in Winston. My food is always hot and fresh, made fast, and made right. They also have the thickest milkshakes in town. LOVE LOVE LOVE them.Kid-friendliness: They have Jr Trays.... super affordable with lots of options. My daughter loves them.
