I just recently went to one of your restaurants. I ordered a regular cheddar style burger with chili cheese fry. The service was horrible. It was like I was inconveniencing them to take my order. Food tasted old and like it was cooked on a dirty grill. No condiments. Cheese was running out of the tray all in the bag. It’s like my food was thrown together. I will NOT be going to this particular location anytime in the future. Simply unacceptable

My husband and I ordered a Vanilla Milkshake and a Strawberry Milkshake. The Vanilla milkshake had no milk at all. The other milkshake served was Strawberry Banana. Went back to the window and told the employee. She handed us back the same incorrect milkshakes, they put more ice cream in the Vanilla cup but still no milk. They added more ice cream to the other one also. It was still Strawberry Banana. We did not finish either one. Will not order from this Cook Out again.

** The only reason I held back on the 5th star is because of the counter approach appearance. It's like we're supposed to walk through a maze to get to the food. Like mice in a lab or at an amusement park ride. It's not as bad as those but I'm just saying that it's not very welcoming. Most humans have been standing in lines since kindergarten, so give us the credit to handle a food order line courteously.

My food was just thrown together, so sloppily. All I wanted was my chicken sandwich. I asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, and no honey mustard.
My friends burger was also sloppy and soggy. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back

I ask for queso sauce 3 different times. Did not receive it. Went back through the line ask for my queso and they gave me another quesadilla!! Apparently the 3 different individuals do not know what queso sauce is🤷🏾♀️

Just went through drive thru and ordered a double burger with only cheese bacon and chili.. The guy answering the speaker called it back to me a couple times and had it right. When I got my burger still has onions and slaw on it.. wrong.. :(

Employees are fast and efficient but there seems to be alot of mix ups when it comes to sauces.
If you order a quesidilla, it comes with queso sauce. 80% of the time, it comes dry with no sauce. I enjoy that sauce, i also like it for my hushpuppies and burger.
So i buy the mini cups of it which are pretty much $1 each. They still dont put the sauce on the quesidilla after the fact when its in the same order
Like do you think im paying you $1 for a cup of sauce to take it off my quesadilla and put it into a cup?
Just incredibly inconsistent, even when you ask them specifically, it comes made incorrect. Since the employees are fast, efficient and courteous, i can only chalk it up to bad management.
