The light skin girl with the twists was very rude. She did not put my food in a bag and she cursed at men while I was ordering my food because she couldn't hear me. She needs to be fired because she does not have any semblance of customer service. Time was 12:00 AM Wed 14, 2025

They took 30 minutes to take my order. They packed my food messy. They had cars in both lanes and the second lane took more then 30 minutes to get to order and the first lane had everyone go thru and order and get their food faster

Go a lot cause I work right down the road. They have messed up my order several times . Giving me the wrong items, replacing them with other things, sending me on my way. Ordered a burger, and two Cajun wraps and they gave me a burger a Cajun fries. Absolutely fed up with there ignorance. Store had a strong aroma of the devils lettuce as well. Must be part of the reason.

I'm here from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I heard great things about the cookout however when I got my coleslaw, it was not a portion it was a dab! I deserve a refund for the whole meal. I love cold saw too bad I can't say that

Every other time I visit here they either forget my drink, give me an item I didn’t ask for, or totally have my order screwed up. They seem like nice people but their attention to detail needs a lot of work. I’m going to stick with Akron Drives Cookout!

Dang so many bad stares ...was here at 1:08 am on February 14. They seemed very annoyed at me for not knowing where to order at. Better customer service would be appreciated. However, food was still made well. I was coming off of a late shift at work and was very stressed and looking forward to cookout. The first person who saw me appeared so annoyed that she asked another person to take my order. But then the person who took my order also seemed very annoyed.
