Paid $4.27 for a fancy milkshake (oreo). I had driven away from the restaurant before I opened the lid to eat it and find there was literally nothing in this cup but vanilla soft serve and MAYBE 3 Oreo crumbs. I even dug down into it, and NOTHING. Prices have gone through the roof with inflation and to not have anything resembling an Oreo milkshake is super disappointing. Do better. It wasn’t even busy at this time of day, I was the ONLY car there. It won’t allow me the option to post a photo or I would post both photos I have.

The last 3 or 4 times I've eaten here I usually get the burger tray with fries and cheese bites or 2 cheese bites. Somehow I either don't get any or I may get 5. This is the only cook out that does this to me.

Hairs inside of my chicken quesadilla. Had to throw it away. What a waste of money. Rude service anyways..
Extremely rude staff. My order wasn't even close to being correct, and when I brought it back the girl at the walk up windows was upset with me and snatched the bag and said nothing. She closed the window and disappeared. Hateful employees embarrassed about their own mistake. I eventually got my food with no words exchanged.

Worst cookout ever. The absolute worst place in town to eat. I am more than disappointed to have a cookout show up right down the street, only to be one of the worst places I have ever eaten. It's mainly the staff. The idiot kids that work there are terrible with food and worse with customers. Disgusting food and rude employees make this cookout feel more like a Popeye's.
