I don’t know who you got working in here but let me just say, they deserve a raise! everything was well cooked and super fast.. I HAVE TO BRAG ON THE COOK, Everything was delicious.

Food was very hot and good, but service was trash. The girl at the window handed us a busted ketchup packet with a bunch of them stuck together. Was very unprofessional. I had asked for a HUGE drink 3 different times and when I get to the window they hand me a large. On top of that with the ketchup. This is uncalled for! People do better.

I love coming to this Cookout regularly. My order is always accurate and produced quickly. Karey is always friendly when taking my order and she’s super efficient! She’s one of the friendliest employees that I encounter whenever I visit this specific Cookout location
