Despite arriving to the walk-up order window with a vast list of orders, the employees-- particularly the on-shift manager-- succeeded in accurately documenting and fulfilling our orders. This was in the midst of typical drive-through traffic one might expect at 6pm on a weekend. To say I am impressed would be an understatement. It would be difficult enough to recall all the intricacies of an order this size, but to follow through with accuracy and graciousness deserves ample...
I don’t know who you got working in here but let me just say, they deserve a raise! everything was well cooked and super fast.. I HAVE TO BRAG ON THE COOK, Everything was delicious.
Food was very hot and good, but service was trash. The girl at the window handed us a busted ketchup packet with a bunch of them stuck together. Was very unprofessional. I had asked for a HUGE drink 3 different times and when I get to the window they hand me a large. On top of that with the ketchup. This is uncalled for! People do better.
