As a mom out of state, planning my son’s first birthday at college, Miguel and his team could not have been more attentive, thoughtful and talented in getting a cookie cake made for him to help celebrate him! Miguel was detailed and collaborative with my ideas, and made sure it all could be done. Then to go the extra mile to coordinate delivery at the school- I was so thrilled! And after every effort, my son, his girlfriend and their friends thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous cookie! I couldn’t be happier…and I’ll be calling on The Cookie House again for sure. Thanks again Miguel!!

I have been ordering cookie cakes from The Cookie House since they opened in 1975. The cookie cake from there was the birthday cake for my children and then my grandchildren and now
my first great grandson. The cookie cakes are always delicious and decorated so beautifully. I have no idea the count of how many cookie cakes my family has enjoyed over the years. The chocolate chip cookies that are made fresh daily are also a favorite when we are at the mall. I have always been delighted with every cookie cake I have ordered. I have a daughter who lives in Ohio and when we go to visit her and the family we always bring them a cookie cake. The cake I ordered for my great grandson’s first birthday was just over the top! It was decorated even better than I had hoped and was delicious as always. When he got his first piece of cookie cake he delved into it with both hands. He thoroughly enjoyed every bite. The Cookie House is the favorite place we get almost all of our birthday and special occasion cakes! Thank-you Cookie House staff!

Miguel and his wife are top notch! I had ordered 2 cookie cakes about 1 1/2 weeks in advance for my twin nieces' birthdays. They were to be picked up on Monday. When I arrived, (on the way to the party) the cookies were not ready. I was so disappointed. Miguel explained that the orders had not been reviewed and arranged on the night before as was custom. However, he sprang into action and baked the two cookies and had them decorated BEAUTIFULLY within less than 40 minutes. Somehow, he was able to get them baked AND cooled AND decorated in that time. The cookies were definitely fresh and the party goers and the birthday girls enjoyed them very much! Thanks for going above and beyond! And, thanks for the soft drink that was offered to help make the bad situation better!

The cookies are always so warm and fresh even at the end of the day!! Awesome job!!

They give you free cookies When Hanes Mall closes! Also came out hot, savory and fresh! 5 Stars, highly Recommend!

Horrible experience on the phone. Tried to place an order, and was met with horrible attitude and was even called stupid at the end of the phone call. Never gonna try to place an order with them again

The cookies are always awesome from the Cookie House but I don't tolerate people being rude for no reason. I'm sorry the young lady working today is having a bad day but don't take it out on me or any other customers.

I have been a cookie fan my entire life. I have tried cookies from hundreds of different stores and I can attest that The Cookie House knows what it’s doing. I had the oreo cookie as well as a regular chocolate chip, the softness is divine, especially when they first get out the oven. The service is top notch and every time I come in it keeps getting better.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are some of the kindest I have seen, I came in once with my 4 year old disabled grandson and they were just so patient with him even when he took a little bit to decide on his cookie, we never felt any bit rushed by anyone and I would definitely come back here with my other grandkids 😄

The service is welcoming and helpful especially when i couldn’t decide on what i wanted! I enjoy stopping by every time i come to the mall! I don’t do reviews but i had to make one. The prices are affordable and aren’t expensive for the quality as well.

Kid-friendliness: The workers are very nice to kids and are patient when my kids don’t know what they want and have a line behind us they don’t make my kids feel rushed to make a decision.yuurdfayhttyŷ I come in all the time and it’s always a nice atmosphere!

I ordered a $3.50 chocolate chip cookie. The old hag handed me the cookie with a paper and a napkin. I said can I get a bag? The answer I got was "No these are all the bags I have for all day" and she points to stack of brown paper bags about 2 foot high. Also the cookie taste cheap. Like they cut out brown sugar for cheaper sugar. If you think these cookies are good you should have been here in the 80s and 90s.

The service is superb!! My son loves the cookie cakes and now that he lives in Boston he still hasn’t found a place that makes cookie cakes as good as the cookie house. So the cookie house makes the cookie cake and wraps it for shipping and we mail them to Boston at least twice a year. He recently got married a month ago and wanted Cream filled cookies on the dessert table for his wedding in Puerto Rico. The manager Miguel and the decorator not only made the cookies in his favorite flavors, but packaged them for me to transport to Puerto Rico. The cookies stayed fresh and were delicious. They were a favorite at the reception. Miguel and company always go above and beyond to provide superb customer service! I would recommend them and their products for any event!
