The Cookie House always delivers awesome cookie cakes! We have purchased several over that last few years and have never been disappointed!
I have been a cookie fan my entire life. I have tried cookies from hundreds of different stores and I can attest that The Cookie House knows what it’s doing. I had the oreo cookie as well as a regular chocolate chip, the softness is divine, especially when they first get out the oven. The service is top notch and every time I come in it keeps getting better.
Kid-friendliness: The workers are some of the kindest I have seen, I came in once with my 4 year old disabled grandson and they were just so patient with him even when he took a little bit to decide on his cookie, we never felt any bit rushed by anyone and I would definitely come back here with my other grandkids 😄

The service is welcoming and helpful especially when i couldn’t decide on what i wanted! I enjoy stopping by every time i come to the mall! I don’t do reviews but i had to make one. The prices are affordable and aren’t expensive for the quality as well.
Kid-friendliness: The workers are very nice to kids and are patient when my kids don’t know what they want and have a line behind us they don’t make my kids feel rushed to make a decision.yuurdfayhttyŷ I come in all the time and it’s always a nice atmosphere!

I ordered a $3.50 chocolate chip cookie. The old hag handed me the cookie with a paper and a napkin. I said can I get a bag? The answer I got was "No these are all the bags I have for all day" and she points to stack of brown paper bags about 2 foot high. Also the cookie taste cheap. Like they cut out brown sugar for cheaper sugar. If you think these cookies are good you should have been here in the 80s and 90s.

The service is superb!! My son loves the cookie cakes and now that he lives in Boston he still hasn’t found a place that makes cookie cakes as good as the cookie house. So the cookie house makes the cookie cake and wraps it for shipping and we mail them to Boston at least twice a year. He recently got married a month ago and wanted Cream filled cookies on the dessert table for his wedding in Puerto Rico. The manager Miguel and the decorator not only made the cookies in his favorite flavors, but packaged them for me to transport to Puerto Rico. The cookies stayed fresh and were delicious. They were a favorite at the reception. Miguel and company always go above and beyond to provide superb customer service! I would recommend them and their products for any event!

Today! We wanted to make one of our Employees feel special for Graduating! We thought of a last minute gift and decided to go with The Cookie House! Man Did they push through! With so many orders that they had placed by customers ahead of time, they were able to squeeze us in the same day and in less than an hour to make this beautifully made cookie cake! He went home feeling appreciated Thanks to ya’ll!! Honestly you guys are the best!! Santa and the VIP Team sends their best regards to The Cookie House!! 🎅🎄❤️🤗

We ordered double chocolate Oreo, sea salt Carmel and the white chocolate macadamia.
Double chocolate oreo tasted like cleaning products we had to throw it away unfortunately we didn’t try it until we left the mall or I would have returned it.
Sea salt caramel had a slight chemically taste as well.
White chocolate macadamia didn’t taste like chemicals but was just ok.
How can you call these gourmet cookies? This was the absolute worst cookies I’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

It pains me to leave this review, because I enjoyed Cookie House at least a couple times a month for almost 40 years. But the ownership changed sometime around 2019, and the quality has since plummeted. The chocolate chip super cookies I once loved are now thin, pale and greasy.As if that wasn't bad enough, they also no longer carry milk. What kind of sadist sells chocolate chip cookies without milk? The owner said he "can't get it," but that's nonsense. Milk is everywhere — if he can't find any, he obviously needs a new supplier.

I’m going to be frank these cookies are not what they used to be THE QUALITY IS LACKING MAJOR in quite few like the snicker doodle the peanut butter ones is good and they do have extremely friendly and professional staff so that’s the up side but please give us quality like it used to be.
