I’m going to be frank these cookies are not what they used to be THE QUALITY IS LACKING MAJOR in quite few like the snicker doodle the peanut butter ones is good and they do have extremely friendly and professional staff so that’s the up side but please give us quality like it used to be.

The Cookie House makes the BEST cookie cakes! They made my son’s cookie cake for American Ninja Warrior birthday cake for his party. Their cake looked better than the picture I have them as a guide. It was a big hit. Everyone loved it!!! Their service is awesome as well!

Opened up late, employee stated cookies wouldn’t be ready for 10-15 minutes. Seriously? Sunday hours happen every week. It isn’t a surprise. You should be ready for customers at open and open on time.

I just had an extremely helpful experience. I came in needing a very specific amount of change to pay for stamps, and they were extremely helpful in determining the exact number of cookies I needed to buy to get it. And the best part, the cookies are amazing!!

Been working in the mall for years and love this place. But quality and supply of product has fallen drastically. Today is probably the third time I’ve visited the location and they were out of all cookies except chocolate chip. Maybe make less chocolate chip and more of the ones you always sell out of. But what do I know, I’m not a business owner. Hope things get better or this will be another shop that Hanes Mall will be saying good bye to.

Honestly love this place. Would go everyday if I could so it's probably a good thing it's in a mall. Not sure about the cupcakes and cakes but the cookies are great and the frosting is heavenly. Does get crowded but isn't super pricey and delicious.
My friend ordered me 3 chocolate chip cookies and a water bottle. The cookies were yummy warmed up.

This place has been around (in name) since I was a child. The cookies were outstanding. Best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had.Went there recently after not having been for years..at least since they moved locations in Hanes Mall (looks like ownership has changed as well) and I wish I had not.The cookies were 1/8 of an inch thick, the color of sand and the main ingredients appear to be crushed dreams and sadness.Like nearly everything else in society, it's not as good as it used to be. I have gotten better cookies at Subway, McDonalds and Jersey Mike's.After 30 years, I can no longer recommend this place.
