I have been to several Craft Crabs, and this was the worst. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely was disappointing compared to the other ones I have visited. The restaurant is a bit dingy. The service was a little lackluster, kind of low energy. At first, we were concerned that our server was not going to return to our table after serving our food . Fortunately, we were wrong, and the service did get better. So I will rate it as a 4, but it was more like a 3.5.

Got takeout tonight after a long shift at work my hometown where I stay doesn’t have a seafood restaurant or any restaurant at that matter lol so I got seafood to treat myself upon arriving home my food was gross no sauce super dry potatoes looked disgusting and in the actual bag just a small coating around it food was very dry and disgusting I called explaining to the woman that answered the phone whom refused to give me her name she didn’t speak good English she told me to bring the food back and I told her I lived in east bend which is about 30 minutes away and she said they would be closed and hung up on me I called back very upset at this point and explained how I couldn’t eat this was there anything we could do and just proceeded to hang up on me again this is outrageous and she claimed to be a manager hopefully there is someone I can speak with in the morning this food is going in the trash she wanted me to KEEP THE FOOD and bring it back tomorrow at 1 it already smells horrible again worse seafood restraunt in Winston Salem I want my money back!!

We ordered for takeout the King Crab Seafood Boil Special which was supposed to come with 1lb of King Crab, 1lb of shrimp, potatoes, corn and 2 eggs. When I opened the bag, it came with 2 sets of legs for the king crab. The total weight was 8oz for the king crab. I didn't weigh the shrimp. But when I called to speak to a manager, the manager told me because it was an online order they have no way to pull it up. I was told they weigh the crab at its frozen weight. This is not disclosed in the menu. You're telling me a half pound of water was in the frozen weight? I understand after cooking would bring down the weight a little, but not 8oz. They are false advertising. The only thing they offered was to give me a discount next order. This was my first and last time going here. Never been treated so poorly. Also the hostesses attitudes when I picked up the order was off too. Never again. I wanted to bring the whole meal back and they said they had no way to give me a refund because of the online order. Clearly they are not organized.

Didn't have enough sauce to marinate the corn and potatoes. Very little sauce. I asked for a carry out drink and the waiter got attitude because he had to make an extra trip to our table. Then he brought a drink that was not my order. Very disappointed.
My son and I went last night and after waiting for 5 minutes to be seated as they had to clean a table. They were not busy. We sat there for 10 minutes and finally I had to flag a waitress down and she then took our order. We sat there another 10 minutes before getting our drinks. The food finally came after 40 minutes of us being there. The waitress never came back. Our drinks were never refilled and I ended up trading my seafood boil with my son. Why I was not given crab cracker I don't know. I will say my son's Catfish was good but I would have liked to have hot sauce which I asked for but never got. We went to pay the check with no bill because again she never came back. First and last time there!

Crab boil was excellent. Flounder, no flavor - more like tilapia and fried oysters sucked. Dead fish taste.
Service was - find waitress dressed as if she was on a couch and decided to help us.
Service extremely slow. No agenda for customer service.

The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the 1lb crawfish boil and was not disappointed! The potatoes were cooked perfectly, the corn was sweet and spicy with the seasoning kick to it, and the crawfish were cooked to perfection!
