I came here for the first time with my whole family on a Sunday afternoon. I've heard about Culvers and was looking forward to trying the food. At first blush, this menu and layout of this restaurant reminds of another local chain. It's a modern take on a burger joint without being too much of a fast food place. We ordered and the girl taking the order was training. Both she and the guy training her were super nice. Ordering went flawlessly. There were five people in the party, but I didn't try everything. I ordered a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. The onion rings were really-really good. That's saying a lot for this to be a chain. They have a great flavor and were cooked well. The burger was alright. Not mind-blowing, but not bad. slightly above average. I did get the dad-tax on some fries and they were good as well. There were no complaints. Why not 5-stars? The burger was not a 5-star burger. Pretty good, but not amazing. There was some minor cleaning to be done around our table. I've seen far worse. That being said, I'd definitely come back.

It's decent for a quick service restaurant. I've given Culver's a try many times & it's always underwhelming to me yet there are those who love Culver's. Service is always excellent. This location was clean and well. When I saw that they had walleye on the menu, I had to give it a try. I ordered the dinner. The portion size was very generous with 2 large pieces of fish. I also liked that I can substitute the usual fries & slaw for broccoli & mashed potatoes. The fish itself tasted like frozen fish (....honestly what else should I have expected) & wasn't very flavorful. This pretty much sums up every single experience I've had with Culver's.

First time trying Culver’s after seeing lots of hype. Delicious!! Absolutely worth it not being super close by, burgers are S tier and you can’t go wrong with the cheese curds or crinkle cut fries. Concrete mixer shake was so good!! We will definitely be back, curbside pickup was friendly and quick.
Was expecting so much more than what I got while eating lunch here for my first Culver's experience. My biggest complaint is the meal for the price was unbelievably not worth it. A single patty cheeseburger, regular size was 11.19The patty was paper thin and had zero seasoning (salt/pepper) added. Onion rings were good.Just an average meal. Nothing bad nothing great.

Parking: It's not that the parking lot is too small, it's a good restaurant so there's limited parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is set up so that easy access by wheelchairs with single floor with ramps and tables.
Disappointed in my experience with Culver's. It was a late night and I was craving ice cream. Culver's was the only thing open and I've never been. They advertised the flavor of the day which was the double strawberry on a waffle cone. When I get there, I ordered exactly that. I was told at the drive thru window that they couldn't put it on the cone because it was melting. I didn't know how bad it was melted but I don't think if the frozen yogurt came out like this, it should have been served. This was not what I was expecting. I told the cashier I didn't need a cone but she insisted on giving me an empty cone for my melted frozen yogurt.

Great food served quickly and hot. The concrete mixers are the best. Good location easy to get in and out.
Love their French fries!!! They are always served HOT!! seasoned to perfection. You can enjoy them without ketchup. The Shrimp dinner is great too! Nicely priced. Great sit down restaurant!

Fantastic place - one of the best fast food burgers in Winston-Salem. I think Five Guys is marginally better but this is significantly less expensive. Highly recommend getting one of their classic butter burgers if you haven't had the chance.
