Dave & Buster's Winston-Salem

Food was better than expected! We had chicken parm, salmon bowl, garlic parmesan boneless wings, and a kids meal.

Not sure what is meant by noise level but as expected, it was noisy. You better go someplace else if you're looking for quiet. The food was great and the play was a little on the expensive side but the kids enjoyed every minute. They really need to do something about the gnats flying around the dining area. Really ruins some people's appetite to have to seat away gnats in the middle of a meal.

Need more kid options.

Wings sucked way to bad for the price I paid and the server was a miserable server who acted like she didn't wanna take your order nor refill ur drinks. And there was litterly only 1 other table eating at the time. Keep ur games and scrappy food.

Came for lunch. Food was decent but service was terrible. Young lady had an attitude and did not pay attention to her customers at all. Spent most of the time talking to another lady at the bar. The young man brought our food and dashed away. We had to hurry and get his attention to get what was missing. Me and the family member I was with needed drinks and she never came to check but one time. I had to quickly grab her attention before she left the table for the drinks. Next thing she disappeared and we had to ask the young man for check after waiting almost 15 mins for her to come back. I get people don’t like their jobs but sometimes you got to get over it.I could see if it was packed but it was only 4 people including me and the person I was with she was serving. It was empty in there. I won’t waste my time coming back

I love the place and the arcade I went there today the workers were very nice The mall is located near the Dave and busters and that is even more better I'll go there everyday.

It took us 45 min to get our drinks. We had to get up and tell them twice no one has taken our order or even came to check on us before getting service.

Our server was wonderful! They let us have our table a few minutes early. What we ate was wonderful. The games are super fun.

We had a great experience until an interaction with the General Manager. We spent $180 dining in followed by the arcade. We are level 7 rewards members so we spend lots of time at Dave & Buster’s.
I went to the bar and waited a while before being helped. I wasn’t bothered by waiting as I was in no rush. The General Manager noticed me waiting and said I’d be helped momentarily. I placed my order with a bartender. A few minutes later, that General Manager handed the drink to me, asked me to tell him how it was, and as I was opening my wallet, he said “You’re good, don’t worry about it.” I’m a food service General Manager myself, so I’m familiar with this phrase meaning “It’s on us”.
Three minutes later, I was tracked down by the original bartender with a receipt, stating that I left without paying the tab! This was not the bartenders fault. This is poor communication by the General Manager and I feel awful for the staff at this Dave & Buster’s for these sorts of experiences.

Side note: For a Friday night, it was very quiet at this Dave & Buster’s! My family was shocked to experience such a quiet experience for a Friday. The other locations are always packed on Fridays!

First of all the food and drinks were enjoyable even though a bit pricey, the bar area and tvs are nice - if you want to go and hang out in the bar and have some good apps and drinks this place is pretty solid, the service was nice and prompt.

The only reason I mark this review as a 3 star is that the main reason you go to a Dave & Busters is for top tier arcade gaming experience. Sadly, the games are all very lackluster - seriously full size fruit ninja and Subway Surfers on touch screens is pretty lame. The one cool Air Combat game “Maverick” experience was not working. All the claw games are pretty much impossible to win. The only fun games were the classic air hockey, skee ball, and other classics - there are better options for Arcades in the area - with full bars even and other things like pool tables and darts etc.

Sorry but Dave and Busters used to be cool and now it just feels like a big warehouse where you can go play full size phone games - I’d recommend looking elsewhere for gaming entertainment. But like I said food and drinks were pretty good.
