We got here at 9:30. The waiter approached us & took our drinks at our table of 6. It was a bit awkward because the instead of speaking to each individual at the table, he would quietly wait for someone to order their drink. We weren’t sure if he was waiting, writing, or what. Awkward but polite. We ordered 3 of the gaming and entree combos. One went smoothly, he asked if she had a card, she said no & he stated he would bring her a new one. The waiter then asked if i had a physical card to which I explained I had cards on the app, but not a physical one with me. He said that’s fine and he could scan a one of the physical cards barcodes in the app and I could tap to play. Our mom ordered the cheapest combo for play/eat combo. He returned with the two cards & our mom decided to upgrade from the cheapest option to the unlimited play. The waiter said it would require a manager to come out & do that. She said that’s fine. We waited for about 20 minutes to a half hour for the manager to never show up. In the meantime, I realize my 90 minute unlimited play could not be loaded to my digit wallet. At this point it was around 10:30, our food had yet to arrive, and we could no longer utilize the full 90 minutes of either of the cards. We had to flag him down again. The manager arrived to the table & asked me to explain the situation. I recited it politely & with each pause he enthusiastically or rather sarcastically gleamed “Correct!” As if he had already known the whole ordeal or as if I were being pop quizzed on my surroundings/short term memory to evaluate whether I was having a stroke or not. I felt as if I was being talked to like a child or as if I was a simpleton who made the mistake. It was embarrassing. I honestly think the last time my face flushed from embarrassment was in elementary school. But he managed to achieve that. He handed me a new card a little after 10:30. I would’ve opted to just get regular card but I knew that would just add to the already clearly confusion, irritating situation I had put them manager and waiter in with my inferior understanding.
I found myself apologizing since they both appeared to be amused at my stupidity. Our mom decided to just cancel the 90 minute card & stick to the cheapest one since they actually never addressed her issue. I’ve been coming here for years & was just exceptionally disappointed because I felt like I had done something wrong. After this incident, the manager walked to floor multiple times, as well as the server. It was odd because we probably saw them more frequently while we were playing than we were while waiting on service. Despite it being a rather large place and us being in a different spot each time, I still managed to make eye contact with the manager on 4 separate occasions within the last hour. We spent a regrettable few hundred to be treated like an inconvenience. I’ve recommended this location for birthday parties, since our daughter had hers last year & we returned today for her 6th birthday. I’ve recommended it to my company for a team outing. I feel sorry and stupid to have. I didn’t come to inconvenience anyone or make them feel like I was insulting, challenging, or testing them. I didn’t want them to do anything extra, I just wanted to eat and play arcade games with my family.

Bonus points: our family had a minor discourse regarding the celery/ranch that came with my daughter’s food. She’s not a fan, so we briefly debating just not having it come out at all. We decided to get it anyways. I thought the waiter was being cheeky in a positive way by joking with us about it. However while picking up our plates, he made sure to mention the uneaten celery on a different plate.
I’ve filled out the form. I don’t have a humiliation kink so I’d rather not be contacted unless it’s regarding a reimbursement.

A really good Dave and Busters. The food is a lot better than you’d expect for an arcade themed place. The service is good and me and the kids have a blast playing the games.

I had a problem with a game not working right, brought it up to the staff, and without asking for anything, the manager comped me a lot of extra tickets. He handled it superbly and I appreciated it. Really helped my little daughters have a lot of fun!

Friendly staff and very fun atmosphere. Alejandra was great with our table. She was so sweet.

The food was delicious the server at the bar was amazing her name was Summer . My grandsons had a wonderful time

The waitress we had was ok. Not bad but not great. The sheriff officer that was on duty there was a little too involved/ weird. He was questioning kids about if they were there with an adult.

This was our first time ever being at a Dave and Busters and unfortunately I believe it will be our last. When we first got there we was greeted by a really nice manager and a young girl that was the host. Once we got set we waited for 10 minutes before we ever saw our server. The only reason we got her when we did is because the manager that greeted us at the door noticed we hadn't been helped yet. So he stopped by and asked and we hadn't, the server finally shows up. So we order, when she brings our appetizer (little burgers) they were delicious. My husband and I both needed refills. She never offered us one. We had to ask. Then I ordered a flatbread pizza with no Jalapeños. So when it comes out it has Jalapeños and no onions. Thats no problem mistakes happen and I get it as I wait tables my self. She comes back with the next one and it is still incorrect. At this point my husband has done ate his food and I was over it at this point so I said you can have this back and just take it off the bill. Im not trying again. We NEVER had a manager come by our table, to apologize over the food, the server never apologized because she could care less. As long as she could get back on her cellphone thats all she cared about. The other manager not the same one we were greeted by he sat at the bar the whole time on his phone. So after seeing that I wasn't shocked his staff wasn't any better then they were. So after we finally paid a $60 bill that WASN'T worth it, we decided to play a few games as we were out celebrating our anniversary. Some of the games wouldn't work or release the balls to play. So we finally just left and have no plans to return. We did have a good time at the arcade but I would definitely eat before you go and NOT there unless you have plenty of time to waste and money to just throw out for trash. Very disappointed in our experience here as we had been looking very forward to this trip. We drove 2 and a half hours to go there.

Thank you to Eric (Manager) and John (Server) for helping my husband have a great time celebrating his birthday with friends and watching UFC 309. They set up tables for us to be there from start to finish and provided the right amount of attention to our needs but not interrupting while we watched the fights.

My boyfriend and I recently went to Dave & Buster’s, and it wasn’t a great experience.
There were no workers around when I needed help loading funds onto our game card, which was frustrating. Although it was very empty that day, and it was nice to have the arcade to ourselves, the location is very small and lacks variety in game choices, making it hard to enjoy. We ended up leaving early because of it. Overall, the lack of staff, small size, and limited options made this visit disappointing.

After spending $140 on points for my son to only play 20 minutes worth. I decided to go to the bar, I was told to sit down at a table because of my son. That took another 15 minutes to get my order in. Poor bartender service bc I was never asked to even get another one. It took over 20 minutes to get our food for 8 wings, a cheese pizza, and fries. After wanting for that I got a pepperoni pizza. By then I said don't worry about I'll take it because I didn't want to have to wait again. Once we got our friend my server went back outside for got no how long. Once I asked for the check at 740 it took until 8pm to get that. It was so slow my son and i rather go to Chuck e cheese. Way better for the service

Kid-friendliness: Ehhhhhhhh!!!! Not worth the money but I'm glad my son got tickets but it's not worth the time because like I said we spent $140 on 300 tickets which only lasted 20 minutes then my son had to spend his own $40 to get more points and I added another 60. Ot worth the money for the amount of time being played and we only came out with 2774...well see what we get left after we've gotten to eat. I'll continue the post

Literally would give 0 stars if I could. If the manager on the evening of 11/15/24 had spent half of the amount of time managing his staff as he dedicated to checking out his staff maybe this would be an actual 1 star review. Start with our waitress not checking in. Move to the items she forgot to put in when we ordered...maybe she should write down orders instead of memorizing poorly. Follow it up with one person getting their meal approx 15 mins before everyone else. Not great. If you're coming to this location for antlything other than the limited arcade you can find better elsewhere.

We had my daughter's 10th BDay party @ D & B. The kids had a blast! It was the perfect set up for our needs. Our server, Kai was so nice and always checked in with us to make sure we were good! I think it's worth every dime I spent!
