Dave & Buster's Winston-Salem

The bartender who waited on us (Shayla) was awesome! She was prompt, courteous, and attentive. My chicken sandwich was a little chewy around the edges. But, we had a had a good experience. We're definitely going back!

This review is based primarily on the service. We had a 3:30 reservation and arrived about 3:25. We waited nearly 10 minutes to be seated, not because they were busy but because no one was attending the check-in desk. As we waited, a Server repeatedly looked at us but she "Kat" was going back and forth setting up tables with napkins and silverware in an empty section of the restaurant. No greeting or mention of getting the host/hostess. As I grew more and more agitated she finally came to the desk and we were seated in a pretty empty section of the restaurant opposite of where she was prepping tables. I had no issue with the seating, but she left and again, no one showed up as we set there for about 15 min and after I went to the hostess desk and ask for a server. When the server did show up...he was extremely nice as where "Kat" didn't show any amount welcomeness. I do not know the name of the males server because he was not wearing a name tag that I ever saw. He explained the menu...we ordered and asked to hold the food as the kids wanted to play the arcade first. When the kids finished playing we ordered our food...the only issue I had from here on was it took quite some time for the food to come out and the server was most apologetic. I didn't expect much of the food serving size because we chose their special eat and play combo meals. The kids food was fine as servings go, but I ordered fish and chips that came with 40 play credits. I'm not a food picture taking person but I should have taken a picture of my plate. As mentioned, I didn't expect much but I received a generous portion of fries with 3 "quarter size" pieces of fish. To be honest one of the pieces was mostly batter. Not a good evening out with kids sat Dave and Busters Winston Salem NC.

Had a great time. Games were fun. Service was excellent. The seats at the tall tables were the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in at a restaurant or bar.

Food was better than expected! We had chicken parm, salmon bowl, garlic parmesan boneless wings, and a kids meal.

Not sure what is meant by noise level but as expected, it was noisy. You better go someplace else if you're looking for quiet. The food was great and the play was a little on the expensive side but the kids enjoyed every minute. They really need to do something about the gnats flying around the dining area. Really ruins some people's appetite to have to seat away gnats in the middle of a meal.

Need more kid options.

Wings sucked way to bad for the price I paid and the server was a miserable server who acted like she didn't wanna take your order nor refill ur drinks. And there was litterly only 1 other table eating at the time. Keep ur games and scrappy food.

Came for lunch. Food was decent but service was terrible. Young lady had an attitude and did not pay attention to her customers at all. Spent most of the time talking to another lady at the bar. The young man brought our food and dashed away. We had to hurry and get his attention to get what was missing. Me and the family member I was with needed drinks and she never came to check but one time. I had to quickly grab her attention before she left the table for the drinks. Next thing she disappeared and we had to ask the young man for check after waiting almost 15 mins for her to come back. I get people don’t like their jobs but sometimes you got to get over it.I could see if it was packed but it was only 4 people including me and the person I was with she was serving. It was empty in there. I won’t waste my time coming back

I love the place and the arcade I went there today the workers were very nice The mall is located near the Dave and busters and that is even more better I'll go there everyday.

Smaller Dave and Buster's and it seemed like the tokens disappear much faster than other locations

It took us 45 min to get our drinks. We had to get up and tell them twice no one has taken our order or even came to check on us before getting service.
