The food is amazing! The service is great. The dining area on the bar side could use some TLC. We love the space by the fire but the couch and rug have seen better days. Floors look the same each time we come in...dirty. Cords are all piled up by the bar. Snow coats and personal belongings are stacked in the bar area. Artwork appears to be placed in random areas. It definitely has a cozy vibe but a messy one at that. We love Diamondback and want them to be successful in all areas of the dining experience.

We had a very nice dinner. Waitress' recommendations were on point. The mashed potatoes were so good but way too salty. Otherwise, we were happy with our dishes. It's a good place to pop in for dinner.

Our reservation was at 4:00 pm and came about 30mins before time. When we walked in everything was dark and wasn't sure if they were open yet. Someone greeted us and went to the back to ask a question. Another person came to the front and said “what's up?” And stared at us. We told him that we had a reservation and he said they open in 30mins. We drove around and came back and the service was much better. The food came out quick and was very good. I ordered a steak medium well, it was prefect on the out side but still bleeding in the middle. By that time, I was full off the starters and sides, had to take the steak home and finish cooking it. Overall the taste and flavor was delicious, service wasn't good on first impressions, but made up for it when we came back (when they opened)

Wow! Our meal was pretty epic. We hadn't been to Diamondback in a while and the menu options looked diverse and appealing. We thought the service was on point and the food was excellent! I had the Sloppy Joe sandwich with onion rings and it was impressive. My wife had the vegetable ravioli and was equally pleased with her selection. We started with drinks and the artichoke dip appetizer - all very good! Definitely heading back soon!

The food was very good and our server, Lilly, was very helpful in making suggestions for entrees. We had an issue with a chipped glass and they immediately apologized and gave us a free dessert. The peanut butter pie was delicious. Overall a very good experience.

A special of blackened drum fish was excelled. The best menu is impressive, worth a lot of local and regional chives. The room where we were seated lacks character and was poorly lit and service, while pleasant and efficient want terribly well informed. Still, Diamondbacks was a pleasant surprise that I would repair on a future trip to Winston.
