Loved the visit. Ribeye sandwich had quite a bit of fat. Tasty but didn't get a full sandwich worth of ribeye.
Mediocre food for the price. They “require reservations” but every time we went the place isn’t even half filled. The service, ambience, and food were overall underwhelming.

Wow! Our meal was pretty epic. We hadn't been to Diamondback in a while and the menu options looked diverse and appealing. We thought the service was on point and the food was excellent! I had the Sloppy Joe sandwich with onion rings and it was impressive. My wife had the vegetable ravioli and was equally pleased with her selection. We started with drinks and the artichoke dip appetizer - all very good! Definitely heading back soon!
The food was very good and our server, Lilly, was very helpful in making suggestions for entrees. We had an issue with a chipped glass and they immediately apologized and gave us a free dessert. The peanut butter pie was delicious. Overall a very good experience.
food was excellent--server was awesome. we prefer a better ambience than a sports bar. The food and service is what you would expect at a fine dining restaurant.
A true gem in Winston-Salem. Our team was in town looking for something unique, and they did not disappoint.
A special of blackened drum fish was excelled. The best menu is impressive, worth a lot of local and regional chives. The room where we were seated lacks character and was poorly lit and service, while pleasant and efficient want terribly well informed. Still, Diamondbacks was a pleasant surprise that I would repair on a future trip to Winston.
The servers and the hostess were very nice. The food was excellent!

Food was very good and our server, Justin, was outstanding. 1st timer and definitely plan on returning.
Our waitress, Rachel was friendly and attentive. Food was DELISH! The cocktails were excellent! They were even able to accommodate my special request cocktail. It was a lovely evening for my husband and myself!

Good food, well prepared and plated with character. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the waitstaff are helpful.
First time here, I figured it would be pretty good considering it's off the main road a bit. Food was great,,we will definitely go back.
We had a wonderful time over dinner. Many at our table were first time visitors. The staff was warm and welcoming. I was personally thankful for their knowledge of allergens and how they interacted with the children at the table! A must do if you are in Winston for sure!
They automatically charged a tip for our party of 5 and didn't say anything. Food was decent but I felt deceived and won't return.
Very bizarre experience. We had a terrible experience here several years ago and vowed to never to go back. However, time passed and the menu looked fantastic, so we decided to give it another shot. The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. on Saturdays, and our reservation was for noon. We arrived a few minutes early and went inside. Most of the lights were off and there were no other guests. We heard voices and music coming from the kitchen. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I yelled out to ask if anyone was there. One of the kitchen staff came out and told us that the owner was at a catering event and the server had not yet arrived. He offered to let us sit at a table, but not wanting to wait in a dark, empty restaurant with no server, we declined and went somewhere else for our birthday celebration. Needless to say, we will not be back.
