Great experience assisting the androgynous disabled cashier/server, Vera, earn an income. Items advertised on the menu are not what count, it was my honor to be served what they had available instead of what is advertised (or what we wanted). There is a tip jar; I peaked inside and was hurt that not one dollar bill was placed inside. I could not understand why. I donated the first greenback to her coffer of tips. The 'non-rootbeer 'root beer float'' emptied very quickly and I asked if refills were allowed, she said no. I followed up with: how much for a refill of my non-root beer float portion of cola. She said 'full price'. I should have jumped at the opportunity to have her soiled finger nails pour more 'guess me cola' on my frozen ice cream dots once again but I opted to eat my jalapeno popcorn sans refreshments. Customer service was amusing and entertaining, anyone believing the experience was supposed to be about warm greetings, smiles, getting your needs met, or about obtaining the items advertised has totally got it wrong. Be sure to ask for a receipt otherwise you won't get one.Awesome experience. Do anything once.

I wish we could put - in front of the stars! What a horrible experience with Saye or how ever you pronounce her name, who for some reason is the (manager?), acted like we were interrupting, and acted like she did not want us there. I understand that not all of us enjoy our job, but please ? get her put of there and give her the opportunity to find something that she really likes! The ice-cream deserves 5+, the service deserves -100, I will avoid this location everything I see her there, and will make sure to Teel everyone else I know to avoid it too.

I’m not one who complains a lot but the employee that was working tonight 12/16 was talking to her friends totally ignoring me as I stood in front of the booth so I walked off. Very rude

Spoke to someone who knows the mall manger personally who he confirmed The Cheesecake Factory is coming to the property. Don't know if the mall itself is getting it or if it's on the outside but it is confirmed..some can deny all they want but it's coming!! Get ready!!

I didn't realize there was another section to the mall until we walked through JC Penneys. I found some nice deals on shoes, sports paraphernalia, VICTORIA Secret, and children clothes. Unfortunately, Sears and Crazy 8 stores were permanently closed. So they really need to find another popular store to take its place. There was a wide variety of restaurants to choose from in the food court. The philly cheesesteaks and strawberry lemonade from Charleys were DELICIOUS!! I would like to visit this place again when I'm in the area.
Even though it's better in the summertime I love their ice cream anytime it's great

My family was invited to spend winter break over relatives house. They brought us to Hanes Mall. It was nicely Christmas decorated. Good things I can say: huge, spacious and very friendly staff. Way to Go!Pasamos unos días en NC visitando amistades y familiares. Nos llevaron a Hanes Mall a pasar un rato agradable. Puedo decir solo cosas positivas; espacioso, grandísimo y empleados muy amables. Que Bien!

It was a bit confusing to find other parts of the mall since you have to walk through other stores to get to the other side. They are no mall maps around, at least when we were looking. Good deals! Great way to waste a couple of hours.

I tried to leave work and this man with “his†little girl are trying to sell me things. Probably using the little girl to get people. After declining, he tried to come after me but wouldn't come in the mall. So of course I call mall security (which they actually answered for once), but only said ok thank you. Ok so that means what exactly..it's getting taken cared of? Didn't think so because when I tried going out another door, he had walked around to those doors, saw me and tried coming for me again. Who knows what could have happened but of course the mall does nothing to ensure safety so be safe this holiday season because the psychos are out.
