What bad service from these people. I ordered my pizza at 10:37 and they told me it would arrive in a maximum of 20 minutes. Time passed and I called again. They told me to wait 7 more minutes. 10 passed and I called again and I had to wait longer. I asked. a discount and they didn't even give 10%

I've probably ordered pizza here a thousand times, and a couple dozen I've ordered their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Today was the first time they got my order wrong -- shipping a box with cheesy bread bites instead of the sandwich. I called on the phone and while I did initially get an AI answering service it very promptly forwarded me to actual humans who were very polite and offered their apologies as well as offered to either fix the order or get me a credit for next time. Given how rare it is that I have such issues with this place in the first place, that's exactly the response I want. I should also mention that they've not once ignored my instruction to leave the tomato sauce off the pizza -- tomatoes give me migraines -- whereas other pizza places seem to screw that up more often than not.
Dietary restrictions: I always order my pizza with no tomato sauce, because tomatoes seem to be a trigger for my migraines. While I've had trouble with other pizza places either ignoring this instruction or putting the tomato sauce on *then* seeing the instruction and trying halfheartedly to scrape it off but not doing a very good job, this Domino's has always gotten it right, and I really appreciate that.

I've always used this location as delivery, being the closest with the app. So far, we have only encountered 2 issues, the first one was not having a whole pizza delivered, the second was as we ordered pepperoni stuffed cheese bread, yet we received spinach stuffed cheese bread. Aside from these two issues and not getting light sauce as we order on our pizzas, their delivery is super quick and the food always arrives hot.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!! Someone fraudulently used my bank card to purchase $44.90 worth of pizza here. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact the store and ask for the manager for assistance, the employee who answered the phone did not even state her name, claimed she was the store manager, i proceeded to tell her my issue and she interrupted me to say rudely "you can call back". I said excuse me? The associate again rudely stated I could call back. Didn't say when, or who to ask for, nothing. Instead proceeded to tell me that she "just dropped 130 pizzas and was busy." Mind you this was 10 minutes after opening. I get there are times when large orders come in but the pizza ovens aren't even capable of cooking that many pizzas so I don't know why that was even said. Regardless she made it very clear to me that I am not a valued customer, and hung up on me. I called customer service and they attempted to call the store and were hing up on as well! Thank goodness this is not my home location, because I will NEVER and I mean never order from here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! That lady has no business working there and should be fired!

Ordered one pepperoni pizza and a chocolate lava cake, my order was delivered to the wrong location. I call in to check on the order around 1:20 and the woman on the other end says that it’ll “be there shortly”. I wait at my door for half an hour before calling back just to be told that my order was in fact delivered to the wrong location and there was nothing they could do aside from give me a credit for food I can’t even guarantee will get delivered properly. I asked to see if it could just be redelivered properly and the worker said “What makes you think she’ll get your address right this time?”
This is horrible customer service and the only positive outcome was the fact I got my $20 back because they cancelled my order.

Had a change in plans Memorial Day weekend so I decided to order pizza. They had a carryout special at a great price so I ordered 4 pizzas. I don't live far from this location & the pizzas were ready by the time I got there. They were made & baked to perfection. The staff was courteous & professional. Very pleased with the experience & will certainly be returning. I went to the Northpoint location.
