Every single time I order here, they mess it up somehow. Now, when asked for extra BBQ sauce, I got almost none on the pizza, terrible pizza, and a huge waste of money,
Made a delivery order and was told that they couldn’t simply drizzle some bbq sauce on top of my pizza after it comes out of the oven. i didn’t think it would be a lot to ask as i’ve worked at a pizza place and know how simple that would be to do. I would’ve paid extra and again it doesn’t take any effort or cost anything really. Just shows the customer service honestly. Any other pizza place would have done that without an issue i don’t get why that’s “not allowed” Not necessarily the persons fault who was working. But it also wouldn’t have caused any trouble to the business and would’ve made the customer happy which is what it’s supposed to be about. Good luck tho.

We have always had such great pizza and service from this Domino’s location at Gumtree Road!
We generally get pizza from here all the time, at minimum 4 pizzas. Have been buying from here consistently for over a year now at least a few times a month. Always a pleasant experience and great pizza, but tonight... The "Manager" somehow expects these measly 6 packs of each seasoning to be sufficient to serve 6 people(32 pieces of pizza) usually the employees are more than glad to give me a little extra seasoning to be sufficient for the amount of pizza I purchased, but tonight this manager insisted she absolutely had to charge me if she gave me any more seasoning. Generally a 10/10 experience, but tonight is definitely a 1/10 and I absolutely will not be coming back to this establishment until better night management is employed.

I ordered 3 pizzas for takeout. 2 hand tossed crust, I requested no garlic seasoning. I pan crust. The pepperoni/black olive pizza, the pizza was hard and dry and the olives rolled off when I picked up a slice. It also had the garlic seasoning, which I hate. It was obvious they had taken an old pepperoni pizza that was laying around and tossed some olives on it, not caring that it had the garlic seasoning on it. Cutting corners and cheating customers is not the way to go in this economy. I won't order from them again.
