Stopped in for lunch and had fabulous food and service. All meats: chicken, beef and shrimp were perfectly tender. Rice was a tad salty but still good. Everything was fresh! Will definitely return! (Great margarita as well😉)

Hands down the best in Forsyth County. My family loves this restaurant. Have yet to be disappointed with the food, service is always amazing. Booths are spacious, the bar area is nice. Restrooms are located on both sides of the restaurant. This place checks all the boxes you'd be looking for.

Absolutely fantastic! We went fairly late on a saturday, almost 8pm - service was excellent and everything was clean (including restrooms!) My husband had the california burrito, which was like fajitas in a burrito. We are from san diego, so it can be a tall order to please us on mexican food - not a classic Cali, but very tasty. A smokey Chipotle flavor! I had the chimichangas which was also very very good- no funky bites in the shredded chicken for the picky crew! Chicken was well seasoned and the cheesy sauce on top was delicious. Dinner for 2 under $50 with a tip and leftovers. 10/10 will be back!

This was my first visit to Don Zapata’s Mexican Grill. I stopped in during a walk for a quick bite while working. Even without the full dine-in experience, the staff was very friendly, the service was smooth, and the food was delicious. Great spot, will definitely be back!
