My wife and I stopped in here for pre-dinner ??????drinks and a cool-vibe, and we got both. The bartenders were so sweet and knowledgeable as well and made picking out a drink a breeze. I always opt for bourbon drink but branches out and tried their mezcal ? cocktail which was delightful.
Dram and Draught is great because they have tons of bar seating, lounge chairs and couches, outdoor seating, and more. They also have ♿ handicap accessible seating and ? restrooms.

This spot is very hit or miss, and while the bartenders are typically reasonable in their attentiveness, they often seem confused by basic questions (like what kinds of reposado tequila do you have) and requests (no limes in that 2 ingredient drink, x4). And while the bartenders tend to be attentive to your arrival, the speed of crafting cocktails can be wildly extended. A tequila rocks or vodka soda shouldn't require 5+ minutes to craft every time when there's no one else being served. Lastly, the prices are so far out of whack for Winston-Salem, it's silly. How in the world do they justify charging $20+ per drink before tip for mid-grade spirits on the rocks or with soda. Not a heavy pour or a double, just a single from $40-50 bottles. The service and atmosphere are ok, but at prices double of what the brewery next door, or the bar on the corner charges for the same products.

We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop by. One reason is that they have an Art-O-Mat machine in there. I love the atmosphere of this place! It has a very relaxing vibe with the low lighting. Audrey H took great care of us! She was very friendly and helpful! I ordered the Stiegl Grapefruit Radler. Wow! I'm in love with this beer! Fruity and refreshing. A perfect beer for today's warm weather!!! Can't wait to try some drinks from their menu! Looking forward to coming back!

Met loved ones for drinks to celebrate a birthday. The room was low lit and relaxing. Bartenders were laid back and offered drinks that were excellent. It was a week night so not crowded at all. There was tons of space so large parties could definitely gather here. Highly recommend the Hot Honey Humm!”
Parking: We don’t have difficulty finding a spot on a week night but on weekends your best bet is going to be a parking garage.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. We had a four month old baby in our party, and were told before the baby arrived that dogs are preferred over children.

Drinks are really good ! This location compared to the others is a letdown. The bartenders aren’t the best i would say more goofing off than working, the female working last night 6/7 was quite rude to the group i was with. I would take my business to the end of the block to fair witness! Far better service way nicer atmosphere and just as good if not better cocktails!

Man oh man! This place is excellent. I absolutely love the bartenders here, but especially Alex. He is truly attentive and caring. Truly, he is all of the above plus observation and all the other qualities that a “good” bartender entails. My friends and I will certainly be back just for him. And just so you know it’s real I wrote his name on my hand just to remind me of his name.

I’m a big fan of this Carolina franchise, having been to the GSO and Durham locations always a good adult atmosphere and great drinks, BUT.. the Winston location was a big letdown. Went on a Saturday afternoon and there wasn’t a big crowd inside the bartender was attentive and friendly however the thing or creature that ruined our experience was COCKROACHES!!My girlfriend noticed them first on the bar and I tried to give the establishment the benefit of the doubt that maybe with the door open and unseasonably warm temperature in March and that maybe it just wandered in.. however a young lady next to us also noticed the bugs and mentioned it to the bartender who promptly killed the cockroach with a napkin and did not wash his hands afterwards! The bartender stated they moved something around and now cockroaches are coming out of the woodwork! Definitely not what we wanted to hear so we immediately left and most likely will never be back.

The space has an industrial feel to it - high ceilings, a section with a sofa and chairs in the back for a more lounge feel and a huge bar with plenty of seating.ServiceThe bar staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable of the drinks and the menu and made great suggestions. They were also very welcoming.DrinksThere are so many options to choose from and explore it can be overwhelming and it's also great to come back often to try many of their selections. Very impressive. The drinks we had were great and well prepared.
