Each donut is decorated or topped with yummy options!! The service is always so welcoming like you're truly a part of the duck fam 🐥🧡 I love the atmosphere! It's soo cute like a book nook with donuts!! I've been coming here for yrs with my granny. No other donuts compare!!

I was very disappointed. We placed an online order for a donut and two shakes. I had to remind the kid behind the counter about the shakes when he handed me the donut. Then I noticed on the receipt that they charged a convenience fee of $1 and a service fee of .85 cents. That's ridiculous and leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth, no pun intended.
The doughnut we received looks nothing like their product photo; it is flat and looks old. Our son said it tasted okay. But not as good as they were before.
When I got home the chocolate shake wasn't blended well so a ton of syrup was at the bottom and once I started drinking it I realized it was really runny for a milkshake and tasted like watered down chocolate milk with a ton of Hershey's syrup. It was not good, and I threw it out; they lost a customer today. I'm really tired of these restaurants raising their prices and charging extra fees while at the same time lowering the quality of their food. Not a great business plan.
I'm not much of a doughnut fan, but the folks I was working with all rave about this place. I have to say, their gourmet doughnuts are really good. So many to choose from. The staff was very friendly too.

Gave three stars overall b/c first few visits the donuts were big, fluffy, warm ah-mazing creations! Recent visits donuts have been flatter, over fried with crunchy edge pieces of yeast. Must be careful not to lose quality when demand increases.

I absolutely love this place!! They really need to Open one up in Preston County,Wv. I have told my mom who lives there and all my friends!! They want to try one so bad. If I could send them all one in the mail believe and trust me I would in a heartbeat!!
