I just left here getting a large hot chai latte which i get every day from NY to NC and it was less than half full I explained to the young lady at the window she rolled her eyes when I asked to speak to the manager and all she wanted to give me was hot milk very poor customer service.

worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at the few visits i’ve had at dunkin. The worker at the register had no idea where anything was and we had to instruct him ourselves. Couldn’t answer any questions we had about the food. Couldn’t work the register and would only glare at us when our food was ready; didn’t call our names. My food was undercooked and it took them ages to grab our donuts even though the guy behind the counter was staring off into space and doing nothing.

Stopped by to get my avocado toast with bacon today. Dunkin Donuts on Country Club Rd. Winston Salem, NC is always hit or miss on accuracy but not usually on customer service, today they failed at both. I’ve had multiple issues ordering the avocado toast with bacon at this location. Often it’s missing the bacon or simply not toasted at all. I’ll pull over in a space and go inside to ask them to fix the error and usually they apologize and quickly fix the problem. That’s not to say I haven’t had to go all the way back to the store, making me late for work, on more than on occasion but I’ve learned now to check my order before I leave. This morning was exceptionally frustrating. I got my usual avocado toast with bacon but this time there was the tiniest amount of bacon sprinkled mostly on the bottom of the box. After asking them to at least try and make this piece of bread worth the $5 I paid this is the picture of the toast she basically threw at me through the window while rolling her eyes at me as if I’d done something wrong. As manager she never addressed me or spoke to me about my issue or offered and apologies for her lack of attention to procedures or appropriate portions. I was treated as if I was the problem. Do better Dunkin or I’ll go to Starbucks and I’m a loyal $11 a day order, for now.

The last time I go to this location. They weren’t very busy when I placed my order. The boy who took my order, didn’t even speak to me. I ordered 2 coffees, and 2 donuts. He didn’t give me my receipt. I got my donuts right away. But yet I waited over 30 minutes for my coffees. They gave the customer who came in after me (about 5 minutes later) her drink, and donut. Eventually the girl who was making the coffees asked why I was still waiting. By that point it had been 20 minutes. She eventually made my coffees. Sadly they were made wrong. She did remake them. She was some what friendly. And she apologized for the wait. But she didn’t smile. When I asked for my receipt. She didn’t have it. She asked if I wanted to wait for the manager. Who wasn’t going to be there for another 30 minutes or so

The GM IS A JOKE WITH AN ATTITUDE. Very unprofessional and extremely rude literally does not want to work. Huff and puffs didn’t even want to look up to see if my order that was a mess up told me she don’t remake drinks just for the taste. I said it was a mess up and to look in the book, she basically turned my business away for good. I will also be calling corporate. I pray they get a whole new set of employees and definitely a brand new GM or this place is gonna go under the best one ever is the one in Clemmons. Maybe they can train this one

Reviews are correct. The middle age African American woman is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a dunkin. The younger guy with curly hair was pleasant.

I believe there has been a change in leadership? This location was notorious for poor customer service and food/drink quality. I stopped going for a LONG time but decided to give it a try (around three or four times within the past month!) and the difference is remarkable. Its not gourmet coffee/food but the quality is much improved as well as customer service! Thank you, Dunkin. Keep up the good work!
