Worst service I've ever experienced. I was completely ignored by the 2 employees. They just sat there talking to each other and did not even acknowledge me. I then entered my oder in the kiosk and was paying cash and they still ignored. Just another small business being run into the ground by the me too generation.

Went through the drive through to get a sweet tea. The color seemed off however I didn't think to much of it. Well, it was molded, had everyone in the car taste it as well so it wasn't just me. There's literally things floating in it. Took it back inside, the situation was rectified. However I'm now concerned of us getting sick due to this.

Waited at the window for 20 minutes waiting for a bagel. Asked for my money back and young lady told me I could always make them at home. Been going here 2 or 3 times a week for years.i will not be going back

The girl working looked to be by herself. She was kind, efficient (for being the only one who I saw making drinks, taking orders and making them) and had a smile on her face while doing it. She made the best coffees! I wish I had gotten her name. I was there today around 3. She was amazing and we appreciate her greatly!

I'm having to change my rating. It used to be awesome coming over here and I like that it was super close to our house. We've been using the Robinhood store more often because recently they just haven't been as friendly and today was kind of the last straw for us. I think I'll just continue going to the Robin Hood one. They were very rude to us at the call box and I didn't say anything and just do what they asked us to do and then my 6-year-old even looked at me and said wow. They were really rude to us so I don't think it's just me.

They had 2 waiting in the drive-thru and 2 waiting inside. I was waiting at the counter and didn't even get an acknowledgement of when I would be waited on. After 5 minutes I left.

Every day I spend with my family buying refreshing drinks but lately the drinks have been very bad and when you ask them to please give me the drink as I asked they get upset, they give you more green tea than the flavor it is in the only place that happens. Customer service comes first, I will not return to this place again.

If you ask for less ice in your latte they dont fill your cup up ? So why pay for a large? If you don't want that much ice in your latte Get a medium same amount of latte with less ice. ?
