Service was quick in the drive-thru for an online order, very friendly, new menu selections are excellent, food was hot. Would recommend for a quick breakfast snack on the go!!

Ordered the bacon for my son and apparently I said the wrong thing and they made me the bacon sandwich. I told the drive thru person that I had ordered bacon, but apparently if you order maple sugar bacon that means you want the sandwich and not the actual bacon, even though I didn't say the word sandwich. Fine. I had made a mistake and asked could I just switch it. I didn't even ask for the difference or a refund or give an attitude. She told me that they were not going to switch it because thats what I ordered and they've already made it and if I want bacon then I need to go back around the drive thru and order it. By the time she had got done running her mouth, another worker had already made the bacon and I gave the sandwich back.
I have been going to this Dunkin for yearssss regularly and I've never given them any trouble. I made one mistake. I have never once given them attitude during the manyyy times they've given me the wrong doughnut, the wrong bagel, the wrong kind of cream cheese, the wrong bread on a sandwich, a half-cooked sandwich, the extremely long wait times in the drive-thru sometimes, the wrong coffee. I just simply ask can they fix it or I just let it go but I cant get grace for one time. Customer service is horrible.

It is always good when you have TALIA on ground at this location, this Sunday unlike other Sundays everything was fast no long lines or wait etc to be honest she’s always on it she hardly smile too tho. Thanks Talia for all you do

Undone hashbrowns , poor customer service at the window and when asked to redo my hashbrowns she gave me a hard time. Did not appreciate the attitude as if I was being difficult about food I paid for and was polite about it.

Just left there after waiting at the counter about 10 minutes.I was the ONLY person in line. 3 workers were busy , granted, but NO ONE even looked my way let alone asked what I would like. Go to Krispy Creme.
I have been to this location a few times. And each time, it is an agonizing, painful wait. Going inside or using the drive-thru does not matter; unfortunately, each time it is a slow process that seems to take forever. I am a reasonably patient person, but these wait times for coffee are very disappointing, especially as someone who gets the iced coffee; it should not be this arduous a process.
On this trip the other day, I had a gift card, and that is the only reason I stopped. I waited a total of 20 minutes for an iced coffee, and there were only two cars in front of me. That is pretty crazy, especially considering I did not see large orders handed out of the window. I actually had 80 cents left on the gift card after my transaction, but I will not be using it at this location.

Why advertise a product if you can't deliver??? I had someone stop by this location specifically for the Halloween tub of munchkins and they couldn't even fill the order. We were told they could only do 25 (not the 50 count) and only had the glaze and chocolate available.
I rarely go to Dunkin...now I remember why! Krispy Kreme is better.

No one acknowledged me after arriving to the store. 1/2 of mobile order was not ready. Stood there for about a min and decided to ask for help. No other customers was in the store however drive thru was busy.
Made eye contact with employees several times and still nothing .

My go to for sure! Never had any problems here, albeit they’re human and may have messed my drink up one time cause people make mistakes.
But the people I’ve always had in the drive through were always so lovely and very nice! I just wanted to give a shout out to them
