The people are nice. But they are SLOW. Not “quick but fast slow” I mean SLOW. Usually I do a walk in order to get around the drive through but then they simply “close the lobby”. I’d recommend going here…if you have no where to be.

Can yall stop constantly changing how you mobile order on the app???? Some days, it says this location doesn’t offer mobile ordering, and some days it does. And now today, all of the sudden they only take Dunkin Card?? It’s such an inconvenience when you’re trying to get out of the house on time just to try to place your order and now you can’t mobile order for some dumb reason. Not everyone has time to go wait in store.

This location has had some serious issues, but today when I went was much better. Aaron did my order, he was super friendly and helpful and made my drink perfectly! Hopefully they can keep good employees like this!

My first experience in the Dunkin that is close to my home and the workers all had attitudes the minute I walked into the door. No, “good morning, how are you?” Immediately she says “order on the kiosk”. Complete attitude the whole encounter. They apologized that they had a “morning”. And I explained that the way you talk to people make a difference and they weren’t pleasant the minute I walked in. I’ll drive the extra 5 min to go to the next dunkin next time. You work in customer service, and how you behave shows a lot about how you think of your job and the people coming into your establishment.

Walked in to empty lobby. Employee sitting behind counter looking at her phone told me to order on the kiosk. Then she walked outside and sat down still looking at phone, leaving one employee to handle the drive through and make my coffee. Shame that they haven’t been trained that some people like the person to person service. My pumpkin latte was good.

I went to grab some breakfast on 8/19/25 around 10:30am. I’ve only been to Dunkin Donuts one other time. I asked a kind employee working the drive through if she had any suggestions. She recommended this caramel like drink and it was phenomenal! I also ordered a sourdough sandwich Which was perfect! The quality of the food and the service I received 10/10 and made me feel like the $13 I spent was one heck of a deal!

I purchased an iced coffee yesterday to drink on my long drive, took a few sips but it tasted funny so I left it, when I got to my destination, a 3 hour drive, the cup was full of mold. Won’t be going back.

I started placing my mobile orders WAY ahead of time because it always made me late to work. I places an order at 7:15 on the app, arrived at 7:40 and it wasn’t ready until 7:55. The front door was locked so I had to go through the drive though which took even longer. I keep giving this store another try but their service is extremely slow.
