Sabrina was not kind during my visit, and it made the experience very uncomfortable. As someone who suffers with autism, I depend on patience and respect, but I didn’t receive that here today. Dunkin’ needs to do better with understanding and compassion.

I ordered a frozen latte and got it at the window but it was iced. The women told me you can't make a frozen latte so I just kinda took it and went on. When I got out of the drive thru I checked to make sure I wasn't crazy and yes they do have frozen lattes to order. She just told me that because she got my order wrong and was too lazy to remake it. I wish I had the women's name but if D. D wants to know it happened 5 min before this review

The loveliest friendliest trio of employees! They remade my coffee when I asked for an extra creamer and they were so sweet about it and high energy. I wish the Dunkin app had an option to tip because they earned it!

Couldn’t pay in cash because every single member of staff ignored our group after the first person ordered. They were super slow and had to be asked to make every sandwich because they forgot. Got the food one side of my bagel bites were warm the other was cold. They also forgot cheese on the sausage egg and cheese. Wouldn’t recommend.

They just can't get it together. I go inside to order. If they are busy..they just ignore you. REALLY. Just trying to get a cup of coffee. I only return because of the proximity to the Hotel I frequently visit.

this is hands-down one of the best Dunkins I’ve ever been to. I have a Dunkin right beside my house, but I would prefer to drive 10 minutes to come to this one because all the workers are so lovely! thanks for always being so speedy and kind!!!!

I truly hate to do this because I am a regular dunkin costumer and I visit this location quite often but the last couple visits have been absolutely horrible . I’ve had to get my coffee remade each time with the remake still not being correct . I’m truly disappointed as this is my number one spot on the way to work throughout the week and or a frequent weekend go to .
We just experienced a master class in customer service at this Dunkin. We ordered a coffee with extra pumpkin (because let’s face it, Dunkin pumpkin syrup is like liquid crack) and received a coffee that was scant at best on the pumpkin. We had to run a quick errand somewhere else, but then decided to circle back to see if they’d add more pumpkin. When we made our request, the lady working there 1) was warm and approachable, 2) acknowledged the mistake, 3) validated that we as customers deserved to have the drink that we ordered and 4) gave us a free donut “for our trouble.” Textbook perfect. 🎃🎃🎃

the ladies there are extremely kind! I didn't know what to order and she helped me out. slightly outdated design but the outside overhang definitely makes up for it! super cozy

The greeting was pleasant, then it took 12 mins to get the ham n cheese croissant and the new loaded potatoes and some munchkins.
When I opened up the potatoes, I was shocked to see thst it was barely even half way full. Not happy about this experience
