Worst service ever. Order was wrong AND my food was ice cold. I nicely went back and asked the coffee be corrected and food be warmed thoroughly and was met with an extremely rude employee named Nyah. She was unpleasant and had an rude sarcastic attitude during the entire interaction. What could have been a simple quick fix was turned into an aggressive interaction. She definitely should not be working a job that involves dealing with people most unpleasant person I've interacted with
Extremely rude employee!! She didn’t say a word when I pulled up to the window for my order, just handed me back my card, two coffees, a bag and then walked off - no receipt. I didn’t receive what I ordered but had to sit there for quite a while before she came back and just said, “yes?” I let her know that my coffee didn’t have cream and sugar and the bag was someone else’s order, so I had received none of my food. She took the bag and coffee back without saying another word, then handed the coffee back a few minutes later; still no cream and sugar. When she brought my food back, I said the coffee still had no cream or sugar to which she just looked at me, shut the window and walked off. Unbelievable!! I’ll never go back.

This Dunkin' took over an old gas station so it has a really rather strange setup that is rather neat. You have a lot of outdoor patio seating. Service was top notch even though we misunderstood each other getting a dozen. Ended up with 18 as the employee was very gracious. Donuts were not warm but they were good.

If A food service deserves a zero rating. This location is at the top of the do not shop this store. Theft of over $200.00 has been traced back to this Dunkin Dounuts by the female employee with initial B.N. Do not trust these employees. Don't hand your bank or credit card for payment at this untrustworthy location on Hawthorne Rd near Forsyth Medical Hospital.
Ordered online. Went through drive-through to pick-up. Got our 2 drinks, but I wasn't given our munchkins that we ordered and personalized on the app. We asked where our munchkins were, the employee told us they were out, like that was the end of the discussion about something I had ordered and paid for... like I should just drive off hungry after paying for something and not receiving it. Eventually, the employee offered us 6 donuts instead... and I requested that at least one be a jelly donut... we were given 6 donuts... the plainest, most boring donuts I've seen... and none of them were jelly. The employee seemed completely uncaring about the entire situation or about doing anything to rectify it.
This is my third similar experience at this location.

This is disgusting. Ordered the new Sabrina drink at this Dunkin location and they gave me someone else’s drink with my mobile label slapped on the top. Who knows if this was a drink someone sent back because they didn’t like it. And of course I only noticed the mismatched label after I took a sip of this foul drink. I will never come to this location again.

This is the third time I've ordered from this location and only got half of my order. My order is quite simple every time, today I ordered an iced coffee and bagel bites (2 orders) and only got one order of them. Last time I got none, time before that I didnt get any either.
Please pay more attention. It gets old paying extra for food I never get just cause I don't have the luxury of not ordering through Doordash.

Pay attention to the car in front of you at this location - I saw the driver hand a drink back to the worker and moment later was handed a drink and food item. When I pulled forward, the worker confirmed which drink I got and then practically shoved the drink in my hand without taking the card I was holding out. I asked him don't you need payment and he said " no, you're good just pull off" so I mentioned seeing the person in front of me hand a drink back - asking if this was that drink. He then repeatedly said " just drive away, just go" while motioning with his hands for me to go. I told him I wanted the drink remade. He tried to tell me that was my drink, what I order and I again explained I don't trust that he hadn't given it incorrectly to the person in front of me, accepted it back and then tried to give it to me for free. The worker finally he gave my drink to the person in front of me and was trying to give it to me. When he turned to his coworkers I heard someone say "ugh fine just remake it" I didn't end up drinking that one because I didnt trust that they actually remade it. How am I supposed to know if the person in front of me figured out it wasn't theirs by taking a sip! It's so gross and inappropriate that they tried to do this and that he was trying to force me to drive off/not question the free drink!

Dunkin please do better, I ordered ahead on the mobile app and sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. If I had not
already paid through the app I would have left. The front door was locked, so I could not go in and get my order. They opened the door as I was pulling away from the drive-through window. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened at this location.

I heard the man who took my order cussing in the speaker. He said "this n**** needs to speak the fuck up." Then I tried to call the manager and their phone was cut off. Somebody will lose their job!!

i went this past thursday morning between 10am-12am. staff was very friendly and helpful. typically i am disappointed with most dunkins in the state. but they were good for once here
