Today, I came to this dunkin'. My wife and I wanted hot coffee so we waited for 20 minutes until they finally asked for our orders, After another 20 minutes we were finally at the windows. We look inside and our coffees were sitting right there, and the cashier was talking with another worker. Worst experience ever!

The service is always so slow, they never update meal deals and when you do to order their response is, that's not available we just haven't changed the pictures. Coffee is rarely right. They closer before actual closing hours. What a mess.

I had some time to kill before work, so I came to this Dunkin to grab an iced coffee and a bagel. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line, and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Once they took my order, it was another 20 minutes before they gave me my order. My order was wrong and gross, but I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for the correct thing. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter. They gave me a cold, hard bagel with butter AND cream cheese. The coffee was fine. While I was there, 2 cars drove off without getting their items. The staff member at the window said “I hate when they can’t be patient with us.” Not a great experience.

The crew that was onsite the afternoon of 1/12/2025 was awesome!! Excellent customer service, nice smiles even though weather was inclement outside, and I just really enjoyed the visit. I was going to complete the survey on the receipt but the website wasn’t working and so I truly hope they see this. Keep up the good work!

I’ve come to this dunks quite a few times, and it seems like it gets worse every time. I’ll place my order when I’m 15 minutes away, and I’ve had to leave multiple times with just half my order because I’m literally late for work. Save your money, go to another dunks.

I gave this location another chance and I had a gift card but whiever is working there either changed pace or its new staff. My drink was made perfectly and service was great. They had espresso to make my drink too. Im appreciative and had to update my review. I left my previous review below but now I am giving this location 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I went here twice and was disappointed twice. Yesterday I went around 7pm and went to the drive thru and nobody answered to take my order. The place looked closed but wasnt. I went to the same location today and was told they couldnt make a latte because they have no espresso. How do you run out of espresso and you are known for coffee.......... Anyways smh i ordered an iced coffee and its so much sugar in it I may need to check my blood sugar and im not even a diabetic. Whoever you are that manages this location, please get your employees better equipped. And if you can't promote change Im asking for your Director or CEO to make some changes because this is the closest location to me.

Went to this dunkin and ordered an order of loaded hash browns. They got the order incorrect and then proceeded to deny what the order was and how it was made incorrectly. We got an order of regular hash-browns instead of the loaded. After we accepted to take the incorrect order, the staff made fun of how we were responding to the issue with the other staff. They were incredibly rude.
