The girl working there constantly closes down early. Pre cleans the store and you can get anything in the oven after 5. I just left 5 minutes ago after getting off work and the same thing happened.

I still question why they don't accept $50 bills. Americans don't carry a lot of money to begin with, but if people have to carry around fifties for their purchases, Dunkin has to step up.

I visit this store frequently. The service is better than most Dunkin' Donuts I visit, fast and friendly. The store is well-maintained, even though it is obviously not a newer building. The food meets expectations, but every now and then, an element of the food is off or missing. Like seasoning missing from bacon or a wrap is a little cool in the middle. I've tried most of the menu. Overall, this is a dependable place for breakfast or a treat.

Just witnessed the barista, drop the ice scoop on the ground and pick it up and put it back in the ice bin like it didn’t happen. Gross.

Went through the drive through & asked for a couple extra packs of sweetener & the person at the drive through blurted out from behind the woman I was speaking with & yelled "she's asking what kind you want" with a really bad attitude. I told her she needed to watch how she spoke to people. The manager came around (if you can call her a manager) & neither one would give me their names. The manager said "I'm not in it," seriously???? When I called the owner, he never responded with anything. I wouldn't give this a one star, I would give it a negative 10,000. I've never had an experience like that at any other place in my life. These girls working there don't need to work in customer service AT ALL, EVER... Do yourself a favor & go a couple miles down the road to the dunkin on Robinhood & Meadowlark.

Both my hash browns and breakfast sandwich were still half refrigerated in temperature. Unfortunately I didn't have time to go back. Staff needs to be retrained.

Picked up coffee and sausage biscuit..was very pleasant.. However instead of extra cream in the coffee and no sugar there was extra sugar and ..an hour later was near Dunkin donuts againstopped at the window and spoke with Kylie who informed me she cannot take it back or replace it.. did not want to see my receipt..not pleasant at all told me that she couldn't do anything and the manager wasn't thereSo rude! I much prefer dealing with the adults who work there

Afternoon & evening donuts are often stale at the 3 Winston Salem locations I frequent. Freshness was not a problem in past years. Maybe their donuts are no longer made on the premises or donuts are delivered from a central kitchen once a day & early in the mornings. KK has fresher afternoon & evening donuts than DD.

DD is my favorite coffee. We come to this location quite frequently and we are typically happy with the quality of the food and coffee however lately it's been a hit or miss. The quality has decreased dramatically... today the sandwiches were cold in the middle and the coffee was awful. Could hardly taste the coffee. Please take initiative to bring the quality of the food and service where it used to be...

I stopped here before driving up to VA. I should’ve known better. The more experienced person told her I didn’t order a latte, so I thought the drink was fixed. I ordered an extra large hot coffee with almond milk and caramel. I didn’t think it was that complicated. I couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like straight hot milk. I thought once the extremely hot liquid cooled a bit it would taste better. I ended up getting off the highway in Greensboro to plead with another manager to remake the coffee for me. Please train your employees better!

I ask if I have to use the kiosk she said yes very reduly I thought the employee said no she’ll be there in a minute my bill was $6.04. I handed her $7.00 she said she cannot and will not give me my food if I didn’t give her 4 cents and pulled my bag away. She was holding my seven dollars I said I don’t have 4 cents she said she’s not giving me my food. She was rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, unprofessional she could’ve took six dollars if she didn’t have change I gave her $7.00 I will never go to that store again they are rude.
