It is a great place. The food was really great and the staff are very friendly. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Recently moved to Winston Salem and stumbled across this hidden gem. The atmosphere is great (Big Screen TV's everywhere), they also have a pool table and the customer service was A1... My bartender was Brittany and she was amazing!!!! Her energy is everything, very welcoming and kind. I ordered loaded fries from the late night menu and they were Delicious. Plenty of seating (bar, booths or large tables), clean restroom and outdoor areas. Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to eat in Winston, the brussel sprouts are to die for! I try something different everytime I go and have never had a bad experience

Eclectic bar with different cocktails you wont find in most bars. I ordered 2 the Arm chair old fashioned and porch light both were amazing. I was not very hungry so I went with the fried catfish nuggets as my meal, they were tasty but a disappointment due to the size, quarter sized I have never received such small catfish nuggets. My boyfriend got a burger he loved it, for sides we got the fried okra and onion rings. We sat at the bar, the bartender was friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back to try more drinks and other food items

Their photo booth has a huge sign that says $4 but actually charges you $10. The manager (blonde woman) did not care at all, super dismissive, said it had nothing to do with them- I said you could cover the sign and that it makes Earl’s look bad. Robbed me.
Good overall, but not great. Service was solid and having no wait was definitely a plus. The menu was very interesting and enjoyable overall, with some unique options that stood out.
Food quality was decent and portions were fair, though nothing really blew me away. Atmosphere was comfortable and casual, making it a good spot for a low-key meal.
I’d probably come back again, especially if I was in the area or looking to try a few other items on the menu, but there’s still room for improvement.

This was a decent experience. I ordered the shrimp n grits, but they gave me the fried catfish n grits. I didn't send it back, and it was still good. Not the biggest portion tho. Some of the prices were a little high, $20 for a half rack of ribs. Drinks were good.

Just ate here and hands down the worst service and meal I've had in a long time. Our group of 5 always meets up to eat here before we go to the theater several times a year. Got here at 12pm with people at 2 other tables. It took 1 hour to get our food, I had to go to the bar to get a drink refill because our waitress never came back to table till our food got here. And we just decided to drink water as she never came back to ask if we wanted anything else to drink. Everyone's food (5 of us) came out wrong or cold. If we were not headed to see a play I would have sent my food back. I had the Yolked & Loaded, eggs were cold and they left the queso off. When they brought out my queso it was not only cold but so cold it was solidified and not liquid. Onion rings were cold on 2 others plates and they brought out the wrong side on another dish.
The kicker was for a group of 5 is that we got charged gratuity automatically (which we never have before, maybe because she put in 6 people on ticket?), and there was a 4% operations fee added to all our bills. We paid in cash, one with card. After paying we asked what that fee was, and we're told it was credit card fee. I paid with a card but everyone else paid cash and her response was well I can refund that to you if you want.
On one check that paid with cash not only did they not get their change back, they were charged a card fee for using cash and the waitress got more of a tip than we would have left. At this point it had been 2 hours and we had to go, so we just let it go.
I get charging a card fee for using a card, but don't add it to the damn bill until you know they are paying with a card. I question how much extra money Earls or the waitresses rake in doing this unethical practice to those paying in cash.
Sorry Earls but this is the 3 strikes your out for this group to eat here again.
Picture attached shows how there was hardly anyone there while we were.

Our server was exceptional! I want to say that because he doesn’t deserve any criticism in this review. The food was mediocre and I was charged a operations fee. What is that?

We stopped in prior to the Camel City Yacht Club concert at RamKat. Crispy 1/2 Chicken was excellent (went home with a doggie bag) and the puff pastry of the Chicken Pot was tough. They seemed understaffed; which I will attribute to it being a holiday week.

My server PAULA V. was absolutely amazing. She’s phenomenal at her job and knew how to answer any question I had due to my allergies. She’s super patient considering my toddlers learning how to read & order for themselves too. She’s kind and sweet. if you go here ask for her!!!!
⭐️⭐️ Food & service were great… but y’all PLEASE fix the tables.
I swear every single table in this place is wobbly. Not just a little shake — I mean extremely unstable to the point where I almost spilled my drink on myself and my friend multiple times. And this isn’t just a one-time thing… it’s been like this on other visits too.
It honestly ruins the whole vibe when you’re trying to eat and the table is rocking like it’s on a boat. Almost all the tables need to be fixed or replaced ASAP. It’s awful and super distracting, and someone seriously needs to address it.
The food was great and our server was amazing, but the tables make the environment terrible. If they fix that, it’d easily be one of my favorite spots.
