Spent 4 hours here then tried to close out at the end of the night. We were told the tabs were already closed after last call and we could not split the tab, had already been charged a gratuity, and could not see a copy of the receipt. When we protested, they told us we were being hostile and told us to leave. We had no problem paying the bill and were happy with our service up to this point. Never been so insulted and would not recommend anyone ever patronize this estabishment.

Had a few beers at Wiseman brewing and looking for a place to eat and stumbled upon Earl's right across the street. Fun joint with a full bar and some great food options. I ordered the fried chicken with a side of onion rings. Found both to be quite good. Service was friendly and fast. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Cool place and a cool atmosphere. Service is pathetic. I can go anywhere and pay $15-$20 for a sandwich and when they bring outthe wrong food, I'm told to pound salt, "That's what I have on my pad"Between me and wife with food and drinks it's a $75 evening each time we go in there. Might not be much 2x per month, but I rather McDonalds, at least they are willing to fix their mistake.

I’ve been to earls on a few different occasions and I’ve had a decent time and above average food experiences. This time on St.Patricks day was completely unacceptable. We were one of the first patrons there hoping to grab some brunch. It took us an hour to get food. The server was inattentive. So much so that we witnessed her sitting at the bar and on her phone most of our visit. While another server was very attentive to her guest and we had to ask her for assistance instead of our server. The food was just okay at most. The wings were incredibly dry.. we left feeling unwelcome and underwhelmed.. I hate we had this expereience. If we are spending money, we wish to have a decent time.

Unfortunately I can't give this establishment 5 ⭐'s. We simply placed an order which we picked up took back to our room to eat. The french fries were lackluster at best (very disappointing) & while the particular burger I had was a nice size, said burgers had a noticable after taste which was undescribable but imagine a salty zest? And to top it off my fiancee's meal was another issue entirely as she has Soo much mayo on her sandwich I had to get her a bath cloth so she could constantly wipe the excess condiment from her mouth. Therefore as im only rating the meal I cannot in good faith recommend the food of this establishment. To be clear 100% honesty is beyond important in order to be a trusted reviewer, yet I don't enjoy leaving a less than favorable review.

Had a reservation for 615pm, still sitting here without drinks. The waitress saw us sitting here and pretended like we weren't there. When we asked if she was our waitress, she confirmed she was and told us she would be with us in a minute. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but with the eye rolling and the ignoring I'm beyond myself, hopefully the food makes up for the inadequate service.Edit: It's now 723pm and still no food and we had to find random servers plus the manager to get refills.Again edit, lol: first time I've had to do one of these. The food was great, a server by the name of maddie took over the night and saved the night. The food was actually pretty amazing. I think without her the night would have been completely ruined. If you ever go to this restaurant, please make sure you ask for maddie cause she is the only one that knows what's going on.

1 star is far too generous for this jawn. Went about 10:30P (because they are open until 12,) and the bartender was audacious and lazy enough to ask me if I wanted to pay right after I walked up to the bar and ordered. Tacky. That is the type of "service" she wanted to offer, so I tipped her accordingly- 14%. She, apparently, found this distasteful and had to be prompted to fix a Coke and a refill. After waiting 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich, watching her drop off orders that were placed after mine, and lazily flirting, I asked about my food, and she could not lie and walk away fast enough. Food comes out wrong and cold, and this loser still thinks that being pretty-ish is a substitute for doing her job. Was "refunded" for the waste of time.The nonsensical playlist did not make the wait more pleasant. I love Winston Salem, but this spot is unquestionably not worth driving through late-night.
