The food was great but we ordered Jamaican jerk wings with all flats. we got there and there was hardly any flats. so we asked if they could redo it because they do charge extra for that. so we waited for about 15 minutes and then they came and told us they did not have any more Jamaican jerk sauce? why didn't you tell us that on the phone? or before you made us wait 20 minutes???? it was a lady manager came to apologize she was very polite. everyone else was pretty bad

Consistently unable to order pickup no matter what I try online it just denies my card. I have contacted support, and they have been absolutely no help. Only come here for dine in.

We came for lunch on a Saturday around 4:30p. It took 50m for our food to come out. Our drinks were not refilled consistently. We tried to be patient thinking the waitress would notice since she has come to our table 2x, but she didn't. We finally asked after getting our food if we could have refills.
There were only 8 other guests in the restaurant, not including the staff, so I'm not sure why it took almost an hour to get Boneless chicken wings, 2 orders of sauced strips (1 of the strips barely had sauce on them), a order of bone in wings, and 1 other entree. All dishes came with fries. AND OUR FOOD WAS COLD. Which says to me, my food was probably sitting in the window. It just sounded like an easy enough meal for a place known for wings. It was not packed inside. Also, we ordered 3 apperizers, we got those maybe 20m before our meal came out and that qas cold too. Our waitress was okay, the service was just slow and who wants to sit that long just to get cold food. Atleast the food had flavor lol.

Every time I order from this location I do not receive what I ordered and/or my wings come with no sauce. Been coming here for years and somehow always get disappointed.

We did takeout tonight. The chicken was not even close to warm, the chips were not fully cooked, and even the celery and carrots were wilted. So pissed that we spent this much on garbage. Will not be going back to ECW.

Just your typical Lunch at a chain wing restaurant...
Our waitress was MIA most of our visit, when she was there we was nice and attentive. Poor thing was overwhelmed, it was no fault of hers, I think they were understaffed. There was another waitress though, she was ON IT! She was scooting around the place refilling everyone's drinks, even tables that weren't hers. We heard here interacting and conversing with her tables having alot of fun. She stopped a few times to check on us, honestly...we should've tipped HER too in hindsight.
The food was mediocre.
We have had great wings from other East Coast Wings but for the time we waited for our food to be served...you'd think the wings would be hot and crispy. Instead they were soggy and warm. Salad was fresh and as usual the ranch was on point! (Yall know I love a good ranch!)
They were out of several flavors and had to settle on trying something new, I like my new flavor but my hubby didn't care for his.
They used to serve bread with the wings, I'm not sure when they stopped but it's definitely missed by us!!
We will eat at East Coast Wings again because we have had many good meals with them but I do hope their not following the trend of other chain restaurants and cutting corners to make a buck. It sure seemed that way to us.

It’s official. ECW is officially banned from my take out rotation. They just screw up orders wayyyy too often. Last night was just the last straw. Easy order. Kids tenders meal and 10 bone in wings, chili chili bang bang flavor. As i was picking up, i overheard the guy who came in behind me explain he was their because he was missing items from his own pickup order. I KNEW i should have opened my order in the store and checked but didn’t. Got home and my wings were boneless and buffalo flavored. It’s not rocket science people! It just happens half the time i order from there and i’m over it.
