I order a lot, especially thru Doordash, but today my buffalo chicken dip was entirely burnt across the bottom.

I recently got a takeaway from this establishment.

My partner and I got wings and homemade potato chips.
The wings were meaty and fried to perfection. However, they did lack flavor. My partner got the simple hot sauce, and they were okay. The sauce was good, but it was not coated to the wing very well; it was simply sitting in a puddle in the bottom of the box.

I got the garlic parmesan wings, which had even less flavor than the hot wings. They appeared to have just been tossed in parmesan, and that was it. And what is more than that, it seems like it was simply hot sauce and cheap parmesan throw into the wing box. My wings were not very well coated in the sauce and thus had no real flavor.

I will give them another try, but the lack of sauce on the wing was disappointing.

The service was okay. I was just picking up an order, so I did not interact much with the kid.

Horrible meal, pretzel bites were burnt to the point that I’m shocked they would even send out, one pickle and tiny piece of lettuce on burger, veggies cold and wilted (not fresh), the fries were cold and beer cheese was hard and cold

I’m a huge fan of wings and usually enjoy getting them from this place. However, the wings we got the other day were cold and hard and some were dried out. Some were just completely inedible. We were also shorted one wing. We asked for all carrots and got all celery. The Buffalo Mac and Cheese came in a super tiny container. There might have been more. I waited to write this review to see if the manager wanted to fix things. I have not received any response. That means I can probably add poor management to the list.

I used to love East Coast, but this location has gone soooo downhill! Food is always subpar... wings are rubbery, undersauced or coated in enough dry rub to choke you.
Customer service is TERRIBLE. I got hung up on multiple times and never received any response to THREE emails to their corporate office. I've tried giving them chances cause we all have off days, but after 4 awful experiences, I'm definitely done.

When going to a restaurant after a homecoming parade to eat a restaurant, when we could've eaten at a tailgate to be treated like the manager treated us, it was the worst. We had cold, sweet potato fries and about four when asked if could we get hot ones he said this was the portion that comes with it hen then got mad, bringing hot ones on one place not dividing them between three people. He got mad, wanting to take them back to put. we did know what he would have done with them fries if he had taken it out of the back. The place was empty he could have treated his paying people better. We ordered a drink on friend and asked why she didn't her drink come in the glass . One of the other friends came in. HE SAID YOU GOT ENOUGH LIQUOR IN IT.

Our server was horrible. The restaurant had maybe 2 other tables and yet he found new ways to ignore us every time he walked by and be outright rude throwing things on the table. Someone from the takeout counter walked by and assisted us which we appreciate since that’s not their job.

I am a wing fanatic I love east coast wings and their various selections of flavors Ive visited various locations throughout but this was my first stop in Winston I'm an sous chef and i understand my experience one it's the weekend you need a host you are by a college and its football season i was patient the server seem like he was cooking and serving wings came and it seems like they just batched cooked I understand its busy but toss your flavors not just put them on top I got garlic Parmesan they just squirted butter on top and dump the cheese from the green bottle toss your wings

Placed a $50 online order for wings w/chips, carrots & celery, fries, and salad. They omitted the carrots and celery but the worst part was the appearance of the wings!! Had I not placed the order myself, I would have thought we requested naked wings. And so much liquid leaked out into the bag! I called the store and was finally connected to the manager, Lee. She was obviously in the weeds because she talked over me and was otherwise unfocused on my complaint. She kept referring to the fact that the order was checked by my son before he left the restaurant, but my complaint wasn't the quantity of the food, it was the QUALITY!!! She offered that the mild flavoring 'has a lot of butter' which makes the sauce thin. She said 'we try to tell people about it', but there is no warning online for the pickup/delivery consumer. Even the fries and chips were lukewarm! She told me there was nothing she could do about it right then because 'we're in the middle of a rush' and the food was checked before leaving the store. I told her I'd escalate my complaint because she did not have the capacity nor the desire to help me. My mother said 'even the salad is juicy', and there was liquid in the bottom of that container. I don't recommend anything... other than they change the excess butter used in the sauces. We won't EVER go back there.
