I dont know why but this one place cant seem to get a delivery order right to save there lives. 3 separate times they have forgotten fries or a side or even a whole plate. I don't know who is in charge down there but quality control is clearly something that is not bothered to check at all. Would not recommend at all.

My partner has ordered for me from them twice, and well... The presentation of the food is really nice and that's about all that I can say nice about it.

The first time I got loaded fries and everything was so over salted all I could taste was the salt. I disliked it so much I have not wanted to go back, but my partner enjoyed their food enough, so I thought to give it another try.

This time I got a salad, and they gave it to me with an unripe avocado. I would rather be told they were out of avocado than be served an unripe one. The rest of the salad was ok, certainly edible, but I don't know that I could recommend them.

Tonight we had a party of 6. We had PJ as a server. He is new to this profession but you would never know it. He kept our drinks full and all of our many requests were taken care of quickly. We made sure his tip reflected the service. I can’t sing his praises loud enough! The food was amazing too!

This place never has what I order because they are ALWAYS waiting on the truck. The people in charge never make adjustments to what they order to prevent ALWAYS having to wait on a truck. If you’re ordering 2 but you really need 3, then order 3! They make changes to what I order with no call to ask if I want to swap anything.

Pick up order on a Saturday night. It was 30 minutes before closing. The person before me placed an order for 50 wings. I was thinking their going to be angry. It was just the opposite. We received nothing but fast friendly service.

Been going to this location 15+ years. The last two visits were unwelcoming. As if they were bothered by our existence. This past time as soon as we started to order drinks the guy just kept saying “we don’t have that” over and over laughing, as if we needed to leave and weren’t welcome. Finally another person came and took our order… just a tad less bothered. Appetizer came after we were halfway through our meal. I ordered dry rub raging ranch hot but received mild buffalo instead. We didn’t complain because you could tell it would be an issue to do so. We will not return. We will go to Waldo’s instead.

The guy said sit where you want. I will clean the table off for you. (All available tables were dirty) I said okay, I will set at this one. He walked away and did not come back to clean it. I stood there till another guy came by. He proceeded to wipe half of the table and left. The first guy came back to tale my order. He noticed hiw the tabke was still greasy and i told him what happened. He said he was wondering why half looked clean. I confirmed he would be back to clean the side i was on and he said yes. He got my order and did not return with my drink. I sat there for 35 mins waiting for my food and drink. They were busy talking to each other or on their phone. I had an hour for lunch, so I knew if I was going to eat, I better leave and go through a fast food place. As I was walking by one of the guys, He said sorry, have a good day.. I thought I found a new place for lunch! I was mistaken. I have no idea on the food to be able to grade it.

Called in a to go order at 1107am...still waiting for my order at 1140am. They said 10 mins... the worst service. Don't tell me 10 mins if it's going to be 30 mins
