Downtown Winston has a lot of places you can stop in for a beer but Fiddlin Fish stands out. Not only do they craft their own wide variety of beers but the space is open, eclectic, clean and a great utilization of the old Nissan Wagon Works Factory. Locally owned and welcoming they do a great job creating a community space and offer so much more than beer. You can watch sports, listen to music, grab food from a food truck or host a party there. They also have community groups like a book club! Check them out on social media for info on their groups, and they have fun posts as a bonus. Love the service there too, Lindsey is one of our favorites ….She is personable, attentive and has a wicked sense of humor, the best!
If beer isn’t your thing they have wine, seltzers, non alcoholic options and some gf options too. Love the Fish!

Beer is good. Sarah is a fun bartender, great energy and cool vibes. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a fish or a fiddle, but I guess there's bigger problems.
Tasty dark lager though not draft and great service. I'll need to return for a fresh keg.

I have never been to fiddlin fish before, but next door or should I say the same building was a distillery very sophisticated, but the cocktails was good.
It was so much fun. Great beer and atmosphere, and there was a jazz band there, which was pretty good.
