Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We once again had a wonderful experience. Firebirds has become our go to for nighst out. It happened to be prom night, which made it even more special!

Had a fantastic server and the food was fresh and hot presentation was fantastic We Love Firebirds

Had a wonderful and delicious meal for Easter. Seated right away, server came and greeted us immediately and our food was served quickly and nice and hot as it should be.

This was such a wonderful experience. We were a party of 13 on Easter and had the most attentive waiter. All our food was delicious AND correct. It was such an enjoyable experience and a great location for our family to celebrate.

Primary server pleasant but made our group feel like we were on the clock start to finish. Multiple check in's fine but starting table clear process with members of party trying to finish meals was not appreciated and unlike previous Firebird's experiences. One steak & egg bowl delivered without steak but attentive manager quickly recognized and resolved. Overall had a nice time, food was good and will return.

Staff is very friendly but the food was not worth the price. We both had steak and it just missed the mark. Probably could have gotten a better one at Outback. We'd go back again but would order something different.

Nice atmosphere, good food and service, a little pricey for what you get, but I recommend them.

Another enjoyable dinner at Firebirds. Tammy our server was very good and made the dinner great. My spinach and salmon salad was perfect. The cheeseburger was good but it was a little too much salt for some reason. Overall a very good evening.

waited 30 mins for a burger and salad just for the burger to be absolutely burnt to a crisp. no quality control in the kitchen it seems. sad cause it looked like the burger would have been good if it wasn't completely black lol.

Poor very slow service. Food quality greatly diminished.

They were super busy when we arrived, and we nearly didn't get a table. You may want to make a reservation. For dinner, we decided to order the appetizers bc their portions are large. I had the Philly cheese steak egg rolls with fruit and my friend had the wings with fries. The signature drink was good but my lemon drop was not. It tastes like weird lemonade. But overall, it's a great dinner option in Winston Salem.
