We met some friends here for dinner. I had a sirloin. Cooked perfectly rare. The waitress was on spot even after we paid our check.... we stayed to visit a while. Never let tea or water go dry. I don't have pictures, but trust me.... it's worth the price.

We started off our visit with our server dropping a pint of water dead square on the table water , some on me, some on our guest. Ordered items not brought to the table, had to ask to take off the bill. No manager ever came and said sorry or hey deserts on us. My family and I live and hour away from the location in Winston-Salem. We've been there 3 times in the passed 2 months. We won't be back

Where to begin? Made reservations for my wife and myself for our 30th anniversary dinner. Arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation time. Host staff was too consumed with playing slapass with each other to even welcome us. We were eventually seated. We looked over the menu to decide what we would like to eat. At no time in 20 minutes were we even acknowledged, let alone asked our beverage order. We were hungry and excited to try somewhere new. Unfortunately we decided if we weren't approached in another ten minutes that we were going to leave. We'll 30 minutes after being seated and ignored, we left. Well surprise, the hostess actually acknowledged us to say thank you for dining with us and have a great evening. Firebirds , learn how to serve and respect your patrons. Also you have now lost a great customer.

Hayward and his friendly staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's sweet 16 birthday extra special. They provided excellent customer service the entire time! The food was wonderful and the restaurant was clean. I'm glad we were able to celebrate at Firebirds. We will be back to this location.

On a Tuesday, we booked a reservation for a party of 12 on Thursday at 7pm and they were able to accommodate our request. They placed us in the back party room which was appreciated. It seemed like there was a bit of a wait for them to take our orders, but the food didn't take too long to arrive. They did provide plenty of bread as we waited. My order was incorrect because I ordered my steak medium and it came out more rare and there was no bacon on my salad. They took back the order to fix it, but it took a decent amount of time to return with my correct order. I was happy with the steak when I did receive my order. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it is on the pricier side.

I planned a surprise birthday dinner for my mom at Firebirds. Our large family drove from out of state to surprise her and it was a special day. I’ll begin by saying I had to call a few times to change the number of people on the reservations, increasing the number from 10 to 16. Duretta (hope I spelled her name correctly) helped me over the phone multiple times and she was the absolute kindest hostess and had no problem assisting me. Really appreciated her help and kindness when we spoke over the phone. Both the servers, I did not catch their names unfortunately, were so nice and did a wonderful job with our large party tending to everyone’s needs. One of them was so sweet bringing out a happy birthday dessert for mom. We had a great experience today and mom always loves coming here for their soup and salad so I knew it would be a good choice for her birthday dinner.

Got the 3 course meal. I got the caesar salad as my starter. It was really good. I thoroughly enjoy it. For my entree I got the grilled sirloin with a loaded baked potato and vegetables. The steak was perfectly medium. The baked potato was good as well. I didn't care too much for the vegetables due to lack of flavor. The waiter seemed to disappear a bit, but overall it was a decent experience.

Today was my second visit to Firebirds, my first was roughly a year ago on my birthday. My daughter took me there and we had a wonderful meal. The entrees were excellent, the waiter we had was excellence. It was a far cry difference then what we experienced today. The menu on the web page is totally different than the menu we were given today. In my first visit we receive a salad with our meal and a side. Today we either got a side or a salad, they only allowed one side with the meal. We ordered the meal, first was a lobster fondue over salmon with salad, second was a 12-oz ribeye with salad. I asked for the Southwest potatoes, she informed me they had jalapenos, so I changed to the salad. We then requested the deviled eggs appetizer. She now already knows that I do not wish to have heat, she fails to tell us the eggs have jalapenos. Next we receive our meals, the salmon is a 3 to 4 oz piece of fish with a citrus topping. The topping was overwhelming, and for the price I would have thought the fish would have been more. And then they brought the ribeye steak which I had ordered at medium. Upon cutting, it was well done. I requested them to do it correctly. So by the time the new steak arrives at the table, I has completed my salad which was to be eaten with the steak. Upon cutting the second steak, it too was well done if not more so than the first. I have had throat cancer I cannot eat a well done tough steak. They had two opportunities to get it correct an failed twice. The manager did apologize and credit us for the steak. I wasn't going to do it a third time, so basically I left there pretty much without eating my meal. To say the least our visit today was very disappointing. They need to be showing the correct menu on the Internet. And our waitress today young and unattentive. Before today I would have highly recommended them based on my first visit. But after today I can hardly do that.
