Soon as I walked in, I was eagerly greated by the entire staff and that was pretty awesome. I spoke briefly with the staff member that took my order and she was helpful regarding giving me some ideas of things to try differently. I ordered a grilled cheese but I had a few toppings added. After placing my order and going to stand to wait for it. I noticed every table that wasn't occupied by someone was dirty. It was approximately 7-8 tables that either had crumbs, ketchup, or something left on the table from where someone sat to dine in.
I was thinking if someone wanted to sit down to eat they would have to wipe an area clear first just because the tables were dirty.
I believe this was just a mere fumble on the staff but it needs to addressed.

I've eaten in 5 guys for the last 10 years. All over the East Coast, food is consistently great from the fries to the burgers in the shakes that they offer always had good service. But the pricing has gotten to the point. Were you really unless there's more than one person eating there? It's too expensive and yes, the food is very good, but you got 5 guys that understand in and out is bring in a warehouse to Tennessee. Once they get that warehouse here there, you were within driving distance for them to drop off and build ones and eat. They have their food and 5 guys are equally very good, but their costs are half the price. 5 guys, you want to stay in business. You just need to lower your prices. That's all, but I don't know. That's the only reason I can give you five, but if you don't make the change, you won't be here

Meh
There's a reason it's empty on a Friday afternoon - the guy who took our order was mocking and dismissive.
We were engrossed in our talking and wondered where the food was - they didn't call our number and the bag of burgers/friez had cooled. He sneered politely (yes it appears that is possible) and said they had looked EVERYWHERE for us. Meh

Burgers are bland, need more flavor. The toppings carry the burger with out the toppings I think it’s just a basic burger anyone could make. Price doesn’t help, for the price I think the burgers should have more flavor.
Nice to see people happy to do their job 🤠
Price is outrageous.

Food was good. Fries are way too heavily salted. Imho, they do NOT even need salt or it could be left up to the customer. Just a thought. Otherwise, a great experience.

The burger was on the money. Juicy and well cooked. I feel like the price of burger should include fries and a drink.

I don't like fast food burgers - but five guys is so darn good. And we love the abundance of fries. Carry on Five Guys. We appreciate you.
