Tasteless barbecue. Good tea and expensive, although the sandwich was large and thick.

I have heard so much about this place but was highly disappointed. The burnt ends were terrible. They were tough and not even actually burnt ends, just a beef rib cut in pieces. The sides were mushy. The only great thing we experienced was young lady's at the takeout area. They were informative, polite and hard working.

My parents had talked about this BBQ place for months and finally brought me ... and Little Richards was awesome. I got a chunky BBQ platter with hush puppies, corn fritter sides, and collard greens. The BBQ was tender and tasty while the greens were probably the best greens I've had in a long time. But overall, everything tasted so so good. My family got a brisket and ribs which were also cooked to perfection. The place is great with tvs for football and decor of car plates and rustic furniture that reminded me of BBQ places in the Midwest. The people are friendly and quick with service. Awesome place and wait for seconds and thirds!

Tasty smoked meats. Had the two meat combo. Pork & brisket were both good. Larger menu than many local BBQ restaurants.
Recommended.

Better half and my 3 Grand daughters and myself eaten here last night for my oldest granddaughter birthday, we had not eaten anywhere else yesterday, but after we left to go home, everyone had to go to the restroom and then we started getting sick to our stomach's,still sick today, The restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere, as well as the help was very friendly and on point. With the food that we ate , and everyone ate something different. Not sure if something was contaminated or off refrigeration, but we all got sick. ???

6oz of canned banana pudding for almost $8.00, peach cobbler is canned peached with some cinnamon and broken up pre-made pie crust. How the BBQ can be so good and dessert be criminally poor quality is beyond reason. If you call in an order CHECK your order before you leave. Gotten wrong order twice. It's like they don't care as long as you leave so they can start their conversation again.
Dessert needs fixing
Front of the house needs correction.

I was born and raised in Lexington, so I'm a little biased, when it comes to BBQ. Little Richards is okay but not great. Prices are rather high and meat is pretty dry, at least when I went. The staff is great and the atmosphere is very nice, clean and pretty quiet. I would go again but would get something different next time. I had the giant sweet potato with brisket. The sweet potato was great, the brisket was dry.

This place is really cool. The service was great. The food was some of the best BBQ I've had. It wasn't cheap, but is anything cheap anymore. It was a massive plate of food. I really liked it, and I'll stop back in whenever I am in the area.
