Fratellis Italian Steakhouse Winston-Salem

Went last Saturday with my wife and Emerald and Anna were like a breath of fresh air. They worked so well together and always had on a smile. Thank you ladies for a great experience. The grouper special with the stuffed pepper and fried zucchini sticks was amazing.

We had a work dinner and everything was awesome! Great cocktail menu, tasty appetizers, delicious entrees, and attentive service from Charlie and Biordon! I will be back!

Food was amazing. Service was great, multiple wait staff checking in was very nice. We enjoyed our cocktails and the ambiance of the restaurant. The renovations looked great! Will be back again.

We had a very good experience with our dinner at Fratell's. Service is outstanding, and the food is very flavorful. The menu gives you a lot of options, and the value is probably better than many peer restaurants in Winston Salem.

This is the place to go for a nice, higher end dining experience. Food was excellent and they were gluten free knowledge. Wish they had were more than one gluten free options for dessert.

Fantastic all around experience. Food was great, particularly the meat - steak and lamb chops in our case. Desserts were spectacular. Weakest part of the meals were potatoes/fries, which were just OK, but everything else was great. Service was fantastic, though it did slow up when the restaurant filled up. Overall would definitely recommend.

Fratelli's did an outstanding job!! Everyone was personable and professional!! The food was delicious! My wife's crab cake was originally undercooked and they made every effort to correct that pleasantly! My steak was cooked properly and seasoned wonderfully! It was our anniversary and they gave us a delicious dessert! I would recommend Fratelli's to anyone and everyone!!

We love Fratelli's... my husband, and I always like to go there for our anniversary. The steaks are the best I have ever had. Their salads are awesome and the choice of sides are amazing!

Fratellis is a staple for my husband and I. We always love the vibe of the bar side. Bartenders are friendly and Brandon is our favorite waiter. Food is always a hit and you can never go wrong with the desserts.

The service at the restaurant is by far the best I have ever had there. Staff was very attentive and explained the food such that it made you want it.

Took family in town and was out both first time visiting Fratellis and WOW! Overall 10/10 experience and every dish we had was incredible. Would recommend for a birthday, date night or special occasion excuse to come here.

Kina and Lindsay were fantastic! We are visiting from out of town and they made us feel so welcome. The food was phenomenal. When you’re visiting W-S, come to Fratellis!

Food was delicious (I had steak and added the butter on top). Salad was amazing and the Krispy Kreme dessert was incredible. We will be back.

Great wait staff! The food was flavorful and well presented. We had not been in several years and our guested had never been before and we all said we will be back!
