The wait staff was attentive and the food was very good. My wife found the Salmon delicious, the NY Strip I ordered was perfect

our food and servers were excellent. slight error in one order that was quickly rectified. all in all a great dining experience

This is, by far, one of the best meals I have had in Winston-Salem. I am of Italian heritage so I rarely like to go out to eat Italian food. This was an exception. From start to finish, this evening was perfect. The wait staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and quite attentive. The menu was excellent. Our dinner came with a family-style Italian salad that was not just your everyday salad...it was delicious! The meal itself was a great proportion of food and tasty. Desert kept the evening going with a banana Foster cheesecake that was outstanding. They had an ample wine list that could meet anyone's needs. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The foods and service was wonderful. Everything was timed perfectly coming from the kitchen and bar. Thank you for a memorable evening dining experience. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Jeffrey our server was excellent. The calamari was over the top. Definitely top five that I've ever had. Steak was cooked to perfection. They even gave me and my wife a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Well done.

As always, dinner was excellent. I had the seven ounce filet with bleu cheese topping, along with a lobster tail and loaded, baked potato. All tems were flavorful and were cooked to the right temperature. The filet was the best that I have ever had anywhere --including Morton's and Ruth's Chris. Thank you to their staff for a wonderful dining experience!

Took my family of 4 out for my daughters 34th birthday and the entire dinner was absolutely amazing, Every aspect, the food, the service. the ambience. It was all a great time.

Everything came out better than we have expected. Will always come back here. They never disappoint.

Celebrated our 68th wedding anniversary. The food was delicious: Best side salad ever. The house dressing is great and the portion we'd just right for two. We are big salad eaters. The house stake sauce is excellent: tasty without overpowering the taste of the meat. Fartelli's is now our go to place for celebrations.

The food is normally delicious. However, last night must have been an off night. The eggplant was just okay, where normally it is outstanding. The salad and bread are always delicious. We were disappointed in the service. It was very slow and it seemed to take the server forever to come back. We will definitely return, but maybe order something different.

I made our reservation months in advance and noted from the beginning that requested a booth and we were celebrating my mom's birthday. However, during the duration of our meal, they did not acknowledge my mom's birthday whatsoever, and they tried to seat us at a standard table and not a booth which we had to correct them on. Even throughout the entire meal, our waitresses did not even offer any additional refills of our beverages nor did they even offer to check in on how our meal was. It took them so long to return to our table we didn't even bother ordering any after-dinner drinks which we were planning to have. And the worst of all was when our check was returned after payment, our waitress slammed it on the table, rolled her eyes as we said thank you and walked away....... What a "great" way to celebrate a birthday..... Very disappointing. My father spoke with the manager to consult this, and the manager only offered apologies, nothing else to make up for the behavior by both waitresses...... We don't know if we will be back.

We had an amazing visit. Everything was exceptional, food, service, ambiance, and cleanliness. Our waitress was amazing. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt. My first visit, but I'll definitely be back

I have always loved Fratelli's food and it still did not disappoint. However the service, the pacing of the meal and the ambiance are severely lacking. The main dining area feels Tavern like, lacking the ability for intimate dining. It's loud and the temp was extremely cold. I am not a 250 lb man that needs the ac blowing on me at 60 degrees. There is nothing worse than paying for an expensive meal, on your birthday no less, and have to shiver through each bite. I did ask if a small adjustment to the AC could be accommodated and I was told yes, however it never changed. I know that is typical in a restaurant... tell the customer yes and do nothing. I get it. But it is ridiculous that I should have to bring a coat to wear at dinner in August. Please be mindful of the customers comfort over the staff. Also, our team of servers were not in sinc at all. They were very nice when at the table but were rarely available. We felt like they were just checking a box. We also were served our appetizer before we got our drinks from the bar. It's time to redecorate!!! I love a classic steakhouse vibe but this is worn and tired. Reach back to the original restaurant that once called this spot home for some inspiration. Incorporate some round tables. A party of 5 has a hard time with oblong seating. I leave these negatives so that you can improve. I love your food!
