Exceptional in every way, from the service, food and overall ambiance. It was a fantastic dining experience and cannot stress enough how much my family enjoyed dining there. Thank you Fratellis for giving us such a pleasant evening, looking forward to our next visit very soon.

It was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted at the door in a professional and pleasant manner. It didn’t take long to be seated.
Once we were seated, my girlfriend and I were greeted, by James.
James is an outstanding gentleman.
We ordered and our food was delivered promptly. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Not complaining, I overheard another couple ordering. If I would’ve known I could order a different cut of meat, I would’ve done so.
With that said, I’ll be found doing so another time.
Hats off to, Fratellis! That was an awesome birthday dinner.
Again, outstanding service from James and the other lady that served us.
A job well done!
Thank you!

Home made specialities are worth trying, as the food is nice and the choice is good. Dishes are big enough. Starters were tasty, and we tried a variety of them. There is plenty of space inside, however it did look like a reservation is recommended.

I can't believe this place gets any business! My husband and I stopped in after a long trip out of state for a doctor's appointment. We ordered the lobster bites and cheese bites for an appetizer. The lobster was fair. The cheese was absolutely inedible. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo and he ordered the bourbon steak. Not only was the alfredo overcooked but there was no sauce. Two servers assured us it was cooked to standard and one suggested maybe we were just used to Olive Garden. One who does simple cooking knows how alfredo is supposed to taste. The steak was fair and nothing spectacular. However, our bill was $187 with the steak being over $60, awful alfredo for over $30, lobster bites for $30. The only decent thing was the wine and salad. Not only was the food terrible, but the rude couple beside us asked for the television channel to be changed and one of the servers changed it without asking us if we happened to be watching what was on there. If you like wasting money, eating horrible overpriced food and chastised for not enjoying the worst attempt at alfredo in the history of italian food, then you will love this dump.

FRATELLIS....
"Today was my first visit to this restaurant, and it exceeded my expectations. I ordered the Eggplant Parmesan, while my husband enjoyed the Lasagna. For appetizers, we had the fried cheese, which was absolutely outstanding. The service was exceptional—our server, Sage, along with Kina and Meredith, provided excellent attention and made the experience even more enjoyable. We concluded our meal with a delightful dessert special. If you haven’t had the chance to visit this restaurant yet, you're truly missing out."

I went to Fratellis for my birthday dinner on the 17th. My waiter was great and service was great other than when I got told the price of my food out loud in front of who I was dining with by the waiter which I do not think was appropriate. I felt like I was judged due to my age and thats why my waiter told me but still it might have been a little more appropriate just to whisper it or say it not in front of who I was eating with. Keep in mind before I ordered my steak my waiter said it was market price so I Don't think it was necessary and it made it awkward. The food was great aside from my steak which had good flavor, but I ordered a medium rare and it came out well done. No pink whatsoever. Everything else was delicious but I was very disappointed to have a well done ribeye on my birthday. I loved the dim lit restaurant atmosphere and aesthetic but it all came down to those 2 issues that really made this a 3 star review. Will be trying to eat here again sometime soon so hopefully I can leave a better review next time.

I couldn’t make my reservation due to hurricane Helene. I called 48 hours in advance to cancel it and I was still charged a $90 cancellation fee. I called to explain my situation and they couldn’t have cared less and told me that the charge stands. Avoid this place at all costs!
I went to celebrate a birthday for one of my family members. For the most part, the food was pretty good, but my chicken Alfredo was a tad bit salty. The service was good just a small communication breakdown. One of my family members was advised that that the ticket was going to be one ticket as if one person would have to settle the bill and so when we try to get clarity the Server did not explain or did not understand that we are not going to pay under just one check one person and she could’ve simply explained that it’s just going to be one check and we will accept multiple payments. It just caused more of an issue than it needed to be, we were not allowed to bring in gifts although it was a birthday celebration we were not able to bring in cake. I understand not bringing in outside food even the cake but not be able to bring a gift inside was not good for the atmosphere, I will say I will go back. I will try them again. It’s just that it was a birthday celebration and you can go almost anywhere to celebrate for your birthday. You are allowed to at least bring in cake and gifts for the Celebrate, may consider changing that policy. Thank you.

We have been twice, and will be going back again. So far I have not found an entree that I just love. But honestly we go for the house salad, it’s really that good!
Servers have been great! Only complaint is the first time we went it was very quick (we received our appetizer, salads, and entree within about 10 minutes), the second time it was a little slower (which we prefer to give us time to enjoy everything). Overall, we can’t wait to go back!
Also, really wish they were open for lunch. We live an hour away and I would come up on my days off just to get a salad!

I went to Fratellis yesterday to take myself to dinner and I was highly disappointed. My first experience here was perfect. However, yesterday was no where near. I first ordered the pasta and it was severely over cooked. I then ordered a steak entree and then got a side of steak. The steak was okay and the side of asparagus I got was burnt. The pasta the second time around wasn’t over cooked but it was very bland! I went to the restaurant 1 hour before close so that’s probably the reason why the status quo wasn’t met. I also overheard the waitress saying that I was being difficult. I would like the chance to talk to someone about this.
I had to make reservations two weeks out so my anticipation was at a fever pitch by the time dinner rolled around. I’d looked at the menu daily the week leading up to the reservation.
Inside decor was appropriate, well styled but not stuffy in any way. Staff attire and meal presentation was very high caliber though the dress code based on many patrons was casual to business casual. I expected to see more chinos and sport coats based on price of the restaurant and that was not the case.
We were well taken care of with two assigned servers that worked well in concert to never smother us but always be close by if anything was needed. They spaced our courses out perfectly so that there was little dead time between apps-salads/soup- and entrees.
We started with meatballs and smoked bacon appetizers. There were about 3 other apps I wanted to try as well. The meatballs were good but still a regular meatball. The bacon was so smokey and had a delicious bbq style sauce it was served with. It is a must try. The herb spread and crostini with each app was a nice touch as well as rolls with herbed olive oil for dipping.
I had the lobster bisque instead of salad with my fiancé having the Fratelli’s salad. She loved the diced apple in the salad.
Lastly we opted for the bourbon ribeye and bone-in cowboy ribeye as entrees. One with mashed potatoes and the other with onion and parmesan hash browns. Impeccable cuts of meat that were both cooked to perfection. The price difference for the cowboy ribeye vs traditional rib eye was significant but for my first trip to Fratelli’s, I was not holding back in any regard. Will likely go standard ribeye on my next visit.
Parking: Large dedicated parking lot only serving this establishment.

My Husband, father and myself ate at Fratelli’s on 9/15/2024. We had never been before, it was a delightful experience. Our servers were wonderful and cordial and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had the Calamari for an appetizer, my father had the baked stuffed shrimp, I had Eggplant Parmigiana and my husband had the ribeye. All of the above was done wonderful. I would definitely eat there again and recommend it highly.
