We are out having an early lunch after what could have been a bad doctors appointment . The wait staff and the grill master were both very personable, friendly and professional! Refreshingly experience with some rather amazing younger staff!!!

I felt ashamed to bring my family here. Slightly embarrassed to say I walked through the door and stayed as long as we did. Firsthand we were sat at a table that the host said he was going to clean, the table was dirty with sticky residue. Waiter came back with a cloth to wipe off the table. We ask questions about how the restaurant worked. He proceeded to tell us by pulling a chair up and sitting down to tell us how the restaurant worked. Failed to mention details about grabbing a tray to go down the line so food didn’t get on the bar. Pointed us where to go rather than showing us. As we go down the bar there was food all over the place, and the counter. Half the meats in the containers we wanted to choose from were completely empty and not restocked leaving us with few options. Proceeded to continue to where you turn your food and bowl into the cook to cook for you. We were abruptly met with loud blaring Rap music that was heard throughout the entire restaurant along with noticing the cook had no gloves on. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and do not recommend this for just anyone. Some others may seem this to be perfectly normal…. I did not.

A shadow of its former self. The food is still good, the service is friendly, but the place is really run down and (at lunch) they were way understaffed. Took maybe five minutes to be seated because there appeared to be only two employees working, and that includes the cook. seems like they are in a Catch-22 situation: can’t hire more employees because they aren’t busy, aren’t busy because they don’t have enough employees.

The food here is usually really good, but the portion sizes seem to have gone down & the price has increased. If I had not checked my order before I left, I would have gotten home & realized they had not included an important part of my order. Check your order before you leave!

I can't believe I waited so long to try Genghis Grill! It's fun! With the usual Mongolian grill —pick your own protein & veggies & sauces— they grill it up and serve it to you over rice, caulirice, fried cabbage or other “bases.” They will add scrambled egg, cheese and miniature eggrolls if someone else is getting the check . Kinda pricey, but don't order the $25 Large, the $15 regular is plenty for a big fat appetite like mine. Or get the large and take home half. There's a bit if a learning curve. (Heads up-- they say put your sauce choices in the little cups, but it's not for dipping-- it all goes into the fry-up, so don't overload the hot stuff like I did.) Plus a good menu for those not into the 'salad bar style' sneeze guard experience. (General Tso's and other favorites) Alcoholics will like the rum punch. Great app with lots of cool rewards for points. If you sign up less than 30 days from your birthday, you'll have to wait for next year for your free bowl. Try the white sauce!
