I gave this a two because normally, I love these guys. The service is usually very fast and friendly and the guy (I think might be the owner or at least the head honcho) gives me a discount because I work at the hospital. Today, though, there were two teenage kids, a girl and a boy and both were rude at worst and just completely apathetic at best. My wife and I both greeted the girl, asking how she was, ya know, the normal little pleasantries, and she just stared at us expecting our orders and never spoke. I asked if they had a limited menu item and she just looked at the changing screen that wasn’t portraying the item in question, once again without a word. The fries were undercooked and the meat on the Philly was skimpy as well as being on soggy bread. Definitely need boss man back :(

The food was impeccable compared to Charley’s Philly Steaks.My fries were crispy.My sandwich was meaty, oozing with cheese, and toasty all at the same time.
Ordered a chipotle chicken wrap from this location and found a piece of plastic inside of it while I was eating. Will not be coming back here

The food was good. The fries were nice and crispy, so were the chicken tenders BUT it took FOREVER for me to my food. I had to wait in line for a good 20 minutes.
