HakkaChow - Asian Eats

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The atmosphere and the service were perfect. I got the Hakka Chow Lo Mein and it is amazing the chicken is so tender and the noodles were full of flavor. The pricing is also very standard for Asian restaurants and the portions don’t disappoint. Lastly the owner is so sweet and clearly cares for the customers and the staff as well. This is a must try if you have a chance.

Dining experience at Hakka Chow is always wonderful. Food is delicious and prepared perfectly. My family and I enjoy eating here. We tend to go for special occasions and they never disappoint.

Beautiful little place to eat, amazing food and pleasant staff.

The restaurant is high end elegant, great for a date or special occasion. Warm lighting and great bar area. The food is good, think recipes are a bit different than what you expect. You won't leave hungry and drinks are delicious. Manager Andrew, was very accommodating to our request bringing a birthday cake, and seating. Thank you

Air conditioning broken so really hot, hostess were rude and dismissive, front doors broken so no way to get in. Beers were brought out with lids still on it, food was subpar this time. Disappointing overall experience

Server made multiple errors with drink, entree, didn't offer a bag for 3 takeaway boxes...neither did hostess. Generally an underwhelming experience for overpriced Asian takeout quality food. Try New Sichuan instead.

Large portions good service best fried rice I've ever had

We absolutely love coming to Hakka Chow because the food is delicious and the customer service is phenomenal. Our favorite dish by far was the kimchi cheese fries!! We can't wait to come back.

Our server Alvaro was great! Every menu item we ordered was fantastic. I would definitely go back there again as it was also reasonably priced. 

We frequent this restaurant with some regularity. The only reason that the service received 4 stars instead of 5 is because they made a minor mistake on our order on dumplings. This place is excellent for all occasions. The food is extremely tasty. Ambiance is phenomenal. The owner is very engaged, constantly walking around the restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Sizzling lamb dish and the dumplings are a can't miss. Recommend making a reservation if going for dinner.

Dumplings over cooked, lo mein overcooked, served food to wrong person, had to wait for chop sticks. Have eaten here several times, this was the worst service and food

Great food at a good price. Service was good. Drinks and Food was delicious and served in a timely manner from appetizers to main course. Love the vegan options as well. Able to substitute Tofu in place of animal protein is great with no additional cost. In some cases the price for tofu was cheaper than other protein choices. Food was served hot and large portions. This is my go to spot for Asian eats.

This is the best restaurant in this area of North Carolina. Nothing else compares to the quality and service you receive from them. Dishes are made from scratch and you can definitely tell the extra effort put into them. Totally love this restaurant. It's my absolute favorite by far. Daniel Spicer Jonesville, NC

The food was good and customer service is also excellent. We recommend to increase vegetarian options in the menu so that vegetarians will have more options to order and visit the restaurant more number of times.
