Terrible customer service went through the drive-through. The lady asked me three times what I wanted to drink each time. I told her the same thing still got it messed up miss two drinks on my order and then told me I would have to pay extra because they messed it up and wouldn’t. Listen, got two of my sandwiches wrong. Maybe y’all need to invest in some hearing aids or something that can help with your hearing just terrible service.

I have been 2 or 3 times at this place and I've had a terrible experience here. I have asked for ranch because I never receive with my orders and they refuse to give 1 for free. They claim to say it's management. Terrible terrible customer service.

Hardee's is slowly Going Out of business in my opinion!They are getting harder to find. I miss the old commercials with the hilarious characters!
