Went last night and saw the 82 sanitation grade after we finished our meal. Food was okay but was fairly slow coming out. Our server was great. Don't think we'll be coming back any time soon with a sanitation score that low.

I can't remember the young lady's name, Megan? She's been serving a long time. Anyway, she waited on 6 of us Sunday afternoon. She has long dark brown hair. She was AMAZING! I mean, she was right on top of EVERYTHING. The good was delicious and didn't take long at all. The broiled founder is SO good, as well as the strawberry cobbler. We will definitely be returning.

The good: The water was filtered, the hushpuppies were delicious, the ribs were tender, and the tartar sauce and cocktail sauce were great. The jalapeño corn bread muffin was buttery and wonderful. The pulled pork was nothing to write home about.The bad: the onion rings were so overcooked the onion was cooked out. Someone must have spilled the whole container of ground black pepper into the baked beans and they were inedible. Same sad accident must have happened to the calamari batter, because it was too peppery and not crunchy. The chicken was so overcooked no amount of BBQ sauce could replace the moisture getting sucked out of my mouth by the bone dry chicken. The brisket tasted good but was also overcooked. The extreme food processor cabbage experiment they call cole slaw was sad and lacking in just about everything. The popcorn shrimp was soggy and overcooked at the same time. How is that possible?But our server was friendly and it's not her fault the food was not great. There will not be a return visit.

Just picked a togo order I was surprised at how poor the food quality was. Very disappointing!

Very family-friendly not a long wait. Be sure to ask for seasoning it's not automatically added. Listen resturants seasoning the food shows me that you care lol. I guess alot of people have high blood pressure. ?

My hubby and I ate here and got amazing service from Emilia! I enjoyed the shrimp po boy and the bread made it so tasty! My hubby got the brisket, which was a large portion. He had to cut some fat away but he enjoyed it with their house sauce. We also got complimentary hush puppies with homemade butter as soon as we arrived. Thank you, Emilia!

This is a really good place that me and my son went to and we enjoyed it. I had the flounder and my son had the cheeseburger which was delicious he said, and there onion straw onion rings are also delicious and try out the macaroni and cheese.

This food is absolutely delicious. Where can you get fish and good barbecue here of course. The sides were delicious. The ribs were very good. Fall off the bone. Fried shrimp pretty good. Hush puppy jalapeño things. Very delicious. My boyfriend and his family ate there. They enjoyed everything and they brought me something back. Got take out for my first experience here and goodness it was immaculate. Presentation, packaging, and food all was on point. Place was super clean and bright. Food and portions exceeded my expectations. I will have to try to dine in next time but definitely recommend this to anyone who appreciates good food and a nice atmosphere.

We visited on Valentine’s Day and it was at least 40-30 minutes until closing. The individuals there was amazing from the door greeter, waitresses, to the checkout cashier. I had the Bam Bam Shrimp appetizer, ( the shrimp was drowned in the sauce so it was soggy completely but hot) and the broiled trio which was hot and fresh and a side of okra (I don’t care how the okra tasted that’s one of my favorites so my opinion would be biased). The baked beans however, I didn’t like at all and ended up just leaving it there (of course I took most to-go). Lastly, my partner had the Brisket and as a side the coleslaw (not good at all, was left on the table as well) and fries. There was also a side of Sausage which he didn’t complain about it was fresh and the sausage (came later after we were almost done eating) flavors were banging. I would say overall a great experience. I wouldn’t be too harsh because it’s still rather a new business and they used to always be so busy and I’m thankful we were able to finally visit without it being slammed packed.

Absolutely wonderful in every way!! Excellent quality food and plenty big enough servings, the service is very kind knowledgeable and frequent, good bit of parking and a little extra parking off to the side, and not overpriced like some seafood restaurants. No complaints at all and will return to eat there many times to come.

Kid-friendliness: Kids have their own menu with crayons that they can color their menu with.

The service was good. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They really know their stuff. Atmosphere is cool also.I was overall disappointed because I'd heard such good things about this place. We got the 3 meat combo. BBQ, Half chicken, and ribs. Ribs were so cooked they were hard to chew, so I didn't eat them(& I LOVE RIBS - So disappointed). Half chicken was dry even dipped in sauce. So I didn't eat much of it either. The BBQ was good as was the Mac and cheese side I had.It's cheaper to get a combo, but I think if I go back I'll try a seafood combo. Maybe it will be better. I just don't know if I'll go back.
