The food was pretty good, but I was expecting a larger burger. Other than that, I would recommend the place.

Solid smash burgers and good service. I had a single deluxe, which comes with a crispy smash patty, cheese, onions, shredduce, pickles, and mustard. Classic.

My wife and I were in the mood to go get some dinner and after taking a quick Look at my “want to try” list in Google, I chose Heff’s Burger Club. Heff’s has been popping up on several local chat groups for best burger so I was wondering excited about giving them a try. We showed up around 5pm on a Friday afternoon. There were a few folks sitting and eating and a delivery driver waiting on an order so there was some activity but they were by no means swamped. After briefly browsing the menu we ordered 2 Lady Killers and a basket of fries. The fries were fresh and hot, well seasoned and delicious. Overall the burger tasted good but it was not without its issues. The burger patties were thin even for a smashburger and the toppings were a bit mushy like they had been sitting around on the counter all day waiting for us to show up. Honestly, our burgers weren’t any better than your average chain burger. With that said, the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had a cool local burger joint ambiance. Bottom line is I might stop by for a quick burger if I was in the neighborhood but Heff’s is not the best burger in the triad.

The food was underwhelming...
For the money, the burgers were small... the portions of fries were ok, I guess.
The atmosphere was a little cringey and somewhat disturbing! The chairs were from a middle or high school... the tables felt tacky and kind of dirty, and the bathroom was gross!
The wait time for 4 burgers and fries was roughly 35 to 40 minutes!!
This wasn't a place that I would say I would ever crave or want to go back to! We ordered 4 burgers and fries, they don't have combos, so everything is separately priced.
We also got a cookie monster cookie for 8 dollars and a chocolate chip cookie for 5 dollars.
The total was 62 dollars for me and my 2 kids to eat..
I don't mind paying top dollar for top dollar food, but this certainly isn't that!!
There is one girl working behind counter taking people's orders and also calling names for people to come get their food.
She was also dealing with the trash and trays and food baskets by the front door. I saw one table get the wrong food when their name was called. They took it back, and I'm not sure if it was served to the right people or they trashed it.
It's probably safe to say I will not be back.

My teenage son did say he would get to go from them again....
Not me! It's just not worth the money for the quality or quantity of food we got.

We were heading to Winston Salem to visit someone in the hospital when my niece sent me a TikTok from Jas and Kam’s food reviews featuring Heff’s Burger Club. The food looked amazing in their video, so we knew we had to check it out.

We stopped by mid-afternoon on a Thursday and it wasn’t too busy, which gave us a chance to really take in the place. The vibe was super cool with unique, interesting decor that made it feel like a hidden gem.

I went with the Piggy Wiggy — a juicy smash burger with crispy bacon, topped off with spicy ketchup and Duke’s mayo. Let me just say, this burger did not disappoint! The flavors worked perfectly together and the bacon was cooked just right — crispy and full of flavor. The fries were a great side, crispy and well-seasoned.

Overall, this place really delivered. The food, the vibe, and the whole experience were top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re in Winston Salem and looking for a great burger spot!

This was my wife and I first time trying this place out. We thought the burgers were. I do wish they had more regular sauces luckily they had regular ketchup or I would’ve had a dry burger. Fries were crispy, and seasoned like i like them. For the price of the meal being $16 I think a bigger drink would’ve sufficed but overall it was a good experience.

Love this place so much I’ll drive 20 minutes one way into town for it, be wary though as they’re not guaranteed to be open when the internet says they are.

My partner and I really enjoyed our burgers!

They got a double cheeseburger, which was quite messy but very delicious!

I got their figgy pop burger with a single patty and really enjoyed the flavors together! It had fig jam, bacon, and some honey sriracha sauce.

Our favorite was their crinkle fries with Cajun ranch to dip them in.

It is very much so on the pricier side for burgers, considering friend do not come with said sandwich, our total was ~$35 for two burgers and a side of fries.

Unfortunately for my wallet, the joys of funky burger combos, silly clown portraits, and oddities will be bringing me back again!
