It was a 20min wait in 2 burger combos,ob top of that only diet and caffeine free today was available for drink. So water is all I could get. The burger patty itself was juicy and great but the overall burger itself had so much going on you couldn't taste the patty. I did come in during lunch rush and that could have contributed to my experience. The smash burger i got wasnt any better than a smash burger from ,let's say,cin cin burgers

Best burgers in north carolina. However, in the three times I have gone they have messed up the order in some manner. ie: making the wrong burgers doubles/singles or charging for an order of fries that we did not order. Small things but very annoying, especially when fries are 11 dollars, for example. 10/10 food

Went here a while, and while the seating was very limited and the service wasn't very fast, the food was very good. The burger, despite the patty being smash pretty thin, was pretty good, and the kimchi fries were also great, even if it got fairly spicy.
My only problem is that it's pretty overpriced for what it is. Still not a bad option regardless, but the price definitely brings it down a bit.

When you walk in you are hit with a wave of nostalgia to the Nintendo 64 playing Mario 64 to the decor and atmosphere. It feels a bit grungy but in a good way. My wife and I had lunch there with my wife getting the Chili Dawg and I got the Sporty Spice and we got the Kimchi Cheese Fries to share. All in all the good was delicious. My wife said she wished she had another hotdog it was so good. The burger was a great combination of flavors, salty, spicy and sweet. We were a little disappointed with the kimchi fries they tasted good but it felt like a little too much going on. Plus side is they give you a healthy portion of the fries. We will be back, excited to try more of the food.

Heff's Burgers we're just what I wanted. We went into the establishment at 8:28pm and orders stopped at 8:30pm. That didn't stop Heff from having great customer service. She went over what was left and was patient with my son as he tried to figure out the menu. Our food was done in great timing and even though they were to close shortly after we arrived, they still made our food just right. The vibe was mellow. First time there and just off the way she runs her establishment I'll tell my friends about this place. Oh yeah the burgers were bomb! Check this place out. You will not be disappointed.
Unique place, simple, quick service, and great burgers! Cool, unique twist on smash burgers, got the Wicked Piggy, very good!

When I walked in I immediately loved the atmosphere. It has tables with chairs that remind me of old chairs Ive seen in high school and with the checkered floor it very much has a school cafeteria vibe. You walk up to a counter and place your order and they have canned drinks in a cooler for you to drink with your meal. The food is NOT school cafeteria food. I have had a burger here twice. The first time I got the one with chilli on it and it was a little messy but delicious. The second time I went I got a burger with ketchup mayonnaise and cheese and it was also very good. I heard they are nominated for a James Beard award and I think it is much deserved. Would definitely come back. Thank you Heff's Burger Club!
